HORRIBLE customer service!!! Lady had an attitude because she messed up the order! They started talking in Spanish after she threw the correct order together, and I had to place items back in the bag! Edit**** Chicken was old and dry!!! Not freshly cooked at all!!!!!

This is a good Popeyes you really need to pay attention to the Popeyes on hwy 36 in rosenberg there us so much grease on floor you walk in door and almost fall the people there do not care and service is God awful I always go to the richmond tx one they r on it

Went for dinner and a fried pie. Wanted a receipt for fetch points. They had a heavy accent got my order wrong. Couldn't print a receipt had no idea how to. Very
Chicken overall had an odd taste (maybe just needed to change oil) Who knows.One of the cooks was eating right in front of all the food, then grabbed and made my little box to go without washing hands or putting gloves on ?♀️I'll stick with the Lord's chicken ? and waffle fries from here on out...
