The entire time we were there, the two workers were arguing loudly. Horrible experience! Donuts did not seem fresh either and coffee was burnt.

Lady at drive thru gave me wrong kolaches then what I ordered. I called to let her know, she said she would give me correct ones the next day. I come by the next day and she said I needed to bring the ones she gave me the day before. She never told me that and they're gone in the trash. Highly annoying. They should've given me correct ones in first place. And should've let me know to bring back old ones when I called. Poor service.

The staff here/Dixie Drive in Lake Jackson, lady up front working the register is just not friendly, rude at times. My second visit here within 6 months and same attitude. Please, get another job if you're not hapoy working there. Greeting your customer with a smile and answering questions is simple and costs nothing, your customers will keep coming back!
7/15/24, Went back to the LJ Shipleys, same experience. Unfortunately it's the only Shipleys in town. Please work on getting customer service oriented staff...your business will benefit.

Had to call the POLICE because I received incorrect items and was refused a refund. Not only was I refused a refund, the two ladies were VERY belligerent!
Save your money AND time, and just drive the extra bit to go anywhere else.

AS ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS SAY, THEY DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE ASKING FOR, BUT WILL COMFORTABLY CHARGE YOU AND GIVE YOU INCORRECT STUFF.

I wouldn't give this s*** please any stars if I could. I would actually give them negative stars. The last 6 times I've went to them. They have gotten my order completely wrong. I've had to drive all the way back to Get the correct order and then they act like it's no biggie to waste my time,gas and energy to come all the way back to their store. Cause they can't get their orders right. I will not be going back to that Shipley's.I recommend the other Shipley on the other side of town or in Angleton At least they get their orders right.
