I wish I could rate this 0 stars. I have NEVER had an issue with this Shipleys Ever, but I did today. The older lady got my order wrong, gave me stale donut holes. When I went to talk with her about it, she argued me down, when clearly she messed up. She also said i would have to pay her more if I wanted to change my order.
I will never be returning here again. No, the customer is not always right but don’t argue with them.

Great variety. Always warm and fresh. The customer service is great and fast. I love that they have a drive through. Lady at window does not try to rush me and helps me with choices. She also asks if i wanted anything heated up, which i always do, and they come in my car just perfect! Just the right amount of sweetness. I love that it is local to my home and my children love when I spoil them with fresh made so nut holes. Other do-nuts just dont compare or even come close. My husband likes their coffee and I always get a chocolate milk or hot chocolate. They give plenty of napkins and I also like that everything is bagged individually. The jalapeño, cheese and sausage kolache is my husbands favorite. Make sure to get it warmed as well... if you go early when they open up.. everything is even fresher... sooo yummy!
