Really slow for no reason. Fast food shouldn’t take 20-30 min to get your order out no matter what and there isn’t even much people that go here

I have received poor service or a bad food product from plenty of locations before but never as consistently as I do from this one. I will order ahead on the app and upon arrival the app will NOT let me put in my stall number (my phone has perfect service and other apps are working perfectly fine at the time). On multiple occasions I will press the button and tell an employee of the situation and they will acknowledge it. They will then proceed to help every other car in the lot before bringing me my food (which has had plenty of time to already be prepared). More than once I have waited over 10 minutes upon arrival, when it wasn't even busy. On one of these occasions I even had to call back in and argue with an employee that they had my order. Apparently the first employee I spoke to keyed the order out but it was never brought out. Whenever I order at the location things usually go pretty smooth but I shouldn't have to do that for decent service.

They showed a picture of a limited time pulled pork cheeseburger with pork at least 1\3" thick hanging out the side of the burger all the way around. The pork barely covered the burger and on one didn't even do that. I called the manager about something like this B4 and he said it was the correct portion, so I didn't even bother to call.This is false advertisement. As I mentioned when I called earlier for the same exact false advertisement. You see a picture of said item, and you expect to see irl, the same thing in the pic. Very disappointed in clute Texas Sonic.

Neither of the speakers on the patio work. I called while there because they weren't busy and was told to use one in the parking spot. The lady was nice about it but those need to be marked as not working. I got a #2 with mustard, tots, and a 44 cherry limeade. My order was perfect.Kid-friendliness: There is a gated playground here. Not sure what condition it's in but it's there.

Good tasted good but we had ordered a turtle truffle nut blast and literally was just a small scoop of the topping on top and not mixed in. Basically paid 5$ for vanilla ice cream and 3 chocolate pieces and a few small toppers. Not worth it. But the vanilla flavored ice cream was good

Store says open till midnight they close at 11:00 ( we got there at 11:05).. cars parked in the line waiting ... someone should have responded or tell us they're closed ...worst Sonic ever...when they are open the food is nasty.....bad ownership...rude employees....

This place is awful. The food is always gross, stale, cold, greasy, and takes forever to be made. The workers a rude and terrible at communicating. Tonight was the last straw. My husband and I had a hankering for blasts and of course their machine was out. But they had shakes so we got a strawberry cheesecake master shake. Big mistake. The dairy part was curdled and rotten, no way they wouldn’t have noticed. The strawberry syrup was even very NOTICEABLY rotten. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be returning ever again and will be reporting this location to TDSHS and PHS. Absolutely unacceptable.
