This review is a bit late, but I wanted to share my experience from Easter Sunday about a week ago. The shop wasn’t very busy, and I was meeting some friends for a coffee date. One of my friends ordered an iced matcha latte, and the barista who made her drink was named Niasa. Unfortunately, the drink came out bland.

When my friend approached the counter to ask Niasa why the drink tasted so different from usual, she received a significant amount of attitude in response. Niasa claimed that the blandness was due to a change in Starbucks' matcha products. She refused to acknowledge that she had made the drink poorly. Afterward, we requested that she remake the drink, but she seemed angry and continued to give us attitude.

I’ve always enjoyed going to this Starbucks and have had great experiences with other baristas who genuinely care about their work and customers. However, this particular barista seemed indifferent and merely went through the motions. While Niasa cited the change in the matcha product as a reason for the taste, it felt unreasonable. I spoke with other baristas who confirmed that the company change happened months ago, and we visit this location almost every day. My friend always orders the same drink, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

I don’t understand why management hasn’t addressed this and provided additional training for employees to ensure better customer service. We pay a premium for these drinks, and we expect them to taste good—not to waste $7 on something that tastes like water. I hope management can see this feedback and encourage their staff to improve their attitude and service toward customers so that we can enjoy a more pleasant experience in the future.

I wish I could rate my service everytime I buy cuz it just keeps going down hill, I don't buy for a while and then regret as soon as I go back. Ordered valentines blended drink and it was watered down, tasted totally different than first time I bought it. I asked for the mocha drizzle that she didn't put on (like last time) and she drowns it in mocha. Still tasted bad.

I waited in at the register for 10 minutes as one lady made drinks and the other put up stock order. I wouldn’t have mind waiting if they would have atleast acknowledged my presence. I had my twin 8 year olds with me. They can’t sit still for ten minutes. It was uncalled for and made me feel very disrespected. Maybe because I’m white and they were not. My last name is Aguilar so I can see the racism. It was not a good vibe. When I walked away without coffee or my son’s drinks there was 4 more ladies in line behind me.

Ordered two lattes w whole milk. Only tasted milk . I asked for it to be done again as I have an espresso machine at home and we were visiting family that only have drip . The barrista offered to add two shots so as to actually taste coffee. I swear we got the same thing back ! Horrible !$10 bucks for steamed milk . Donuts were stale from Kroger Bakery. Never again .

Usually it's good this time the food was a bit old. Maybe it was the time of day we went. Normally I don't have any complaints.

I was shopping in Kroger I didn't go there. I guess they think I bought something here. I did look at it as I walked by.

The smell when you walk in is always so awesome at Starbucks isn't it! But the taste of my Mocha Latte 2x Espresso no whip was even better. I admit I don't get Starbucks every day, but sometimes it's almost a necessity. The new store in Freeport was a shocker as first but from what I've business looks good. The store is clean, well organized and stocked up with the seasonal side gifts. The coffee bar had everyttirrers u need for an extra dash of cinnamon or cup stirrers. And of course the baristas and mixologists are at top of their game.

Parking: They made sure there's plenty of parking for those who like to go inside and enjoy the peace and quiet with their orders.

Wheelchair accessibility: Side entrance is a good wheelchair accessible door.

Best baristas around. Once you start building your brand here, as a customer, they will anticipate your order, almost psychically. The drinks are solid Starbucks standard... What else to expect from the company that brought you the Oleato? Never had a bad experience, even during morning rush. 11/10. I've had to sell some stock and maybe my house because of all the coffee I'm buying here, but hey, we laugh-cryin' on this caffeine rollercoaster
