It's always funny and entertaining seeing customers fight with staff. The food and service was good, I just wish this Whataburger could be a-lot more faster on food orders. I came here Friday Lunch 11 AM -12 PM and there was a-lot of people which I understand I know this is lunch hour. It took about 15-20 mins to get my food. If you are someone that's impatient, then this is not the place for you to come so just be aware of that.

Asked the “manager” last night why it was taking so long to get my order of ONE SINGLE BURGER and she said it was because they make each order in order, one at a time. I cancelled my order and left. Garbage.

SLOW SLOW SLOW.. waited almost 45min and it wasn't busy, then Food arrived cold because they had it sitting on counter because they were to busy doing what ever else, had them remake it which only took a few min... Other customers were very unhappy and requested refunds.. due to having the boat hooked up to the truck we were limited on places we park so we stuck it out.... We used to love this place but something changed and it's went down hill

Waited over 10 minutes to not get all my items. Tried to call, no one answered. You have lost a customer.
The drive-thru line took forever, to begin with. I had about a 30 minute phone call with my mom while we were sitting in line, just waiting. Then, our order was all wrong. We asked for honey mustard, and got none. Instead, both of our plain burgers had mustard slathered all over them. Also, there was a giant hunk of styrofoam in my drink. Like, it would have been impossible for the person making the drink not to notice that there was a huge chunk of Styrofoam, pretty much the whole top ring of another cup, floating right on top. This was a terrible experience, when all we had talked about all day long was getting a burger at the end of a long, hectic day. This is a garbage location, and should have its franchise taken away.

Unbelievably disgusting!!! Today is March 30, 2024. I stood in their lobby at what I’m guessing was a shift change because they were counting drawers for the new cashiers. Here’s the problem: THEY WERE COUNTING THE MONEY IN THE DRAWERS ON THE MAKE LINE WHILE FOOD WAS BEING PREPARED!!! I watched employees touch money, then food, then back to money, then take orders and take customers money, then back to food without EVER washing their hands!!! I don’t know how they pass with the health inspector…they must have known they were coming.
