Worst french fries I've ever had Frozen and nasty cannot explain I love their fries and I don't know if I'll ever go back to that restaurant for them, worst part it was a basket of fries so they had to make it to order

Everytime ive come here i pre order my food and it always takes about 15-20 minutes to get my food out, not to mention the morning manager and the night crew are extremely rude to customers and other workers, i order online everytime i come and i have yet to have a single good experience that makes me want to come back, this last time the worker at the window basically threw my food at me and said nothing the entire time even when i tried to engage, there is no customer service standards here and its ridiculous, i know this comment wont change anything but i hope it helps future customers choose somewhere else.

The person who looks like she is in charge is yelling at the staff. The parking lot is full. Leadership would have went to the line to help. Get rid of her.

Twice I've stopped here while traveling to DFW in the last six months. Both times the floors were slippery from grease and food was okay. My most recent visit it took 16 minutes to get my food after using the kiosk to order because there was no one capable of coming to the register. There was a young lady taking orders out to the drive thru, but she wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge my presence. After 16 minutes of waiting I still got cold fries. McDonald's is so disappointing.

Food is good, but they always have us pull into the mobile pickup spots when we come order in the evenings because the drive thru is so slow. They can’t make orders quick enough.

Run. This place has terrible food. I ordered 20piece nugget first mistake. I asked to have fresh ones cooked before I ordered that did not happen. I was still giving old nuggets. The cashier assured me that they will be fresh. The fries were lukewarm. Never again will I spend money here.
