Today I bordered a footlong, when the carhop came to deliver my food this wasn't it. She took it back in and after 15 more minutes I left. Thankfully my card wasn't charged so I didn't feel bad about leaving.
We spent 56 dollars. Some of the order was wrong. They fixed one order three times and still got it wrong. Coke was flat. In the large water with lemon and raspberry was gnats.( Bugs). We gave her two tips and still got order wrong. This was the worst experience and we were very unhappy but we were trying to make it back to Lubbock. They should take pride and they never apologized or made it right. We were very unhappy with our food but we had been in Fort Worth for four days and coming back to Lubbock and stopped to get food there.
We moved to town last month and officially finished moving a week and a half ago and within this week and a half we’ve gone to sonic three times it’s always dirty. The people are always incredibly rude and it always takes three times longer than it should the second time we went we had an issue. They were very unhappy with having to fix it very internationally unhelpful Ignored us for 25 minutes and then made us go inside to basically be putting in our place with how they treated us for having to fix it and this time we went it took 12 minutes to get one drink because the manager wanted to go outside and sit as a form of punishment for having had an issue. This location should be shut down.

The WORST sonic ever. I love the extreme tots, these are the driest tots ever. Vanilla Coke is always too much vanilla or not enough..food is always cold and WRONG!!!
Yall need to take some pointers from eastland sonic! They’re TOP TIER.
I ordered ahead via mobile app. I ordered two Marinara sauce packets for my cheese sticks …. Courtney only gave me one and said it doesn’t charge for the second one on the app and our general manager makes us charge 50 cents…. Literally says 2 packets on my receipt. And y’all should have honored that. Will not be coming back….and I live in Clyde. Terrible
Sonic seriously needs to work on the quality of their employees and how they handle extra condiment requests on the app. The app itself doesn’t charge for extras so that you are left to fight tooth and nail for one 50 cent extra packet of marinara if you don’t have change (which I never do, nor should I have to). Not to mention I had already tipped the employee in the app which I obviously regret now. Even when I gave the (admittedly ridiculous) offer to buy something else in the app in exchange for the sauce, it’s still a no. The employees at this location are wildly unprofessional as well as dishonest (straight up lying about the amount of sauce in the bag as well as impersonating a manager - trust me, it’s all too easy to tell I wasn’t speaking to one). Sick and tired of having to go through an act of Congress for extra sauce. At the end I just asked to give back the food and get a refund since it’s no good without the amount of sauce I’m needing but instead I was lied to and told the right number of sauces were in the bag when they weren’t. At the very least it was a lesson in never trusting my order (and the people who give it to me). The employees at this location do a massive disservice to the company.
Guess they don't need any business since they didn't even assist me after 6 minutes. Bye!

The boy Taking orders and cooking I believe was so rude and didn't listen to my order he kept cutting me off I had to push button again to finish speaking and he still cut me off and did not provide the item I wanted to my order . He seemed very agrivated to provide customer service . But the car hop girl was very sweet . I know it probly doesn't matter but I won't order when he's there . Please find a job you like young man . Bless your heart.
