The onion rings were delicious . My hamburger steak was cooked to perfection and the baked potatoe was hot and very good.
Was passing by town at dinnertime and my son looked up reviews for what's in town and chose here. We were happily surprised by how good it was! I had a steak on fries and he had chicken fried steak fingers and it was delicious!!! Now I'm planning a trip back to the area just to eat here again!
Chicken fried steaks as big as your plate, big pile of french fries and another side. We took home 1/2 our steaks and my baked potato. Heated them up and ate the next night. They were great then, too.
Great decor and friendly service. Tasty fries but soggy . Salad was great. We ordered the 16oz KC for one and shared it. Meat came in 4 pieces. Great taste but a tad overcooked. Rolls appeared store bought.
Great atmosphere with a friendly staff. Everything from the onion rings to the steaks are top notch. Portions are HUGE! We will definitely visit this place often.
I got an 8oz Steak with sides. It was cooked to order and seasoned well. The sides were good. I also ordered a Peach Cobbler with Ice Cream. The meal was very good and the restaurant had a nice decor.
Friday night Catfish Special is a must at Cattle Drive Cafe'. Especially the Blackened Catfish. Wait staff is exceptional. Burgers are two fisted and delicious.
This place is awesome! Great atmosphere. It was crowded and service was still great. Sat in front of the kitchen window. Mistake. We saw every meal coming out and they all looked delicious. Made it hard to decide what to eat…but we did. Chicken fried steak is huge and delicious. Perfect “real” mashed potatoes. The 8oz burger, there is a 12oz, was perfectly cooked. Hand made Patty. The only disappointment was the fries. Really bad. Cold and limp. We will drive the 30 miles to return for another great meal but will get the home made onion rings and not the fries. This is a great place.
We were in town for the Coleman Rodeo and wanted to get a bite to eat before the performance. We had originally planned to eat at another restaurant but discovered it was closed, and so we headed to this place. We were so happy the other place was closed. We had probably the best sirloin steak we have had in a restaurant in a very long time, if not ever. We split a meal called the KC steak which was four sirloins that totaled 16 oz.. I ordered a baked potato and salad on the side which was plenty for me.with one of those small sirloins. The wait staff was prompt and courteous. The decor was awesome. I see us making this place a “must eat” anytime we find ourselves in Coleman. Our meal with coffee totaled $31.
Headed there for lunch because we were told it was a must. Went back 5 hours later because we wanted more! Awesome service both times (different ladies) and everything they put one the table was awesome. Just good cooking at reasonable prices.

Really nice place. Extremely clean. Cute decorations. Friendly staff. Delicious food. A gem of a place.
I've been there for lunch and dinner and I have to say the people that work there are great. The food is excellent and the portions are a good amount. I loved the Taco Salad. Also if you're early there a great little shops all within walking distance.
