Edit: went back a couple of months after and it's much much better.

Been going to this Braums for years, since I was a kid but something is up lately. It's super dirty for one thing. Cobwebs in the track lighting above the ice cream just dangling teasing you thinking it's going to fall in. Flies everywhere. There's a door right next to the ice cream, who thought that was a good idea. Every time the door opens 3 more flies fly in.

Then there's the service. People are really nice but there's no hurry whatsoever. I was in the ice cream line which was about 10 people long. It took 35 minutes. I timed it, no exaggerating. There's was one poor girl for. The entire ice cream line AND the food line. So even though the ice cream line was long, if you just walked up to the food line, she would stop what she was doing and help them. And if they ordered a milkshake, she would make it for them right then. To heck with the people waiting in the ice cream line.

Just abysmal service and a dirty experience. Braums is a good place, but this is a really poor example of one. Go to the new one in NRH, it's miles better than this tired one. Which is sad, because this Colleyville location is my childhood Braums.

Every other day, after work, I treat myself to a Large Yogurt Twist Cone for a "Job Well Done!"

I had a terrible experience this morning at the drive thru with the male shift manager. The service was slow and he was very rude. The chicken tenders and fries were cold. I don’t understand why people feel it is okay to sale someone something they wouldn’t eat themselves. This will be my last time patronizing here.

I love Braum's and have gone to this location frequently for almost 20 years. This location has gone downhill significantly over the past several months and I will not be back. I will go to the store in Hurst even though it is further away. I never post negative comments and only do so when I am mad enough to actually take the time to write one. My experience tonight was terrible. I placed my order (order number 549) at 6:20 p.m. At 6:31, I was called up to the register and told they did not have one of the items I ordered, the strawberry salad. No problem, I got a refund and ordered another item. That order was placed and I was given an additional order number (order number 555.) At 6:45, I finally got my first order and it was wrong in many ways but, I was going to let that go because it had taken so long. However, one of the items I specifically placed in that order was a hamburger with ketchup and pickles only. Instead, I got a cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles only. Since my wife is allergic to cheese, this was not going to work so I took this back to the counter and asked that it be corrected. I heard someone in the back stating, "they ordered a cheeseburger, it's not my fault if they ordered the wrong thing." I looked on my receipt and indeed it does show a cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles only so the cashier did not even get my order right when I had ordered it almost 30 minutes prior. They did correct that error and I sat down to wait for the second order that had to be made because of the mistake when I placed my first order. Finally, at 7 I got order 555 that had been placed at 6:31 and was able to take my cold first order home to eat it along with the second one. The customer service and quality of this Braum's is abysmal now and I would avoid it at all costs.

Don't go on a Saturday night after 9pm. Too many people, unruly and rude teenagers being loud with curse words. You can tell the staff is overly busy so I can't fault them too much but 2 shift mgrs should have had a better grip service situation. Some of the kids behind the counter looked lost and overwhelmed. Braums is a great family place to enjoy a snack but if disrespectful people keep flooding in with attitudes with no parents around because they get to stay out with friends late and cause havoc, Braums should require under 18 to have a parent. Don't let Braums be ruined by stupid people.

Poor service left after waiting 8 minutes. Grocery store was great. I'm going back for a few more quick items.

Best Burger !!! Great prices!! Huge tasty Bast ice creams!! Cones are delish & the market a plus. A must!

They are usually busy in the drive through but it moves pretty quickly. Recommend frozen yogurt in a cone. Don’t park right in front of the door to the right or you will get blocked in by the drive through cars. They need to redirect the drive through from the back lane or something. It can get frustrating getting out of the parking spaces.

They have the absolutely best ice cream hands down. Very cheap as well. When we want ice cream, we go to Braums!
