“Let me tell you guys about Sara's Donut story ! My 6 year old loves Donuts, she doesn't like cake or other sweet treats. She is all about the donuts. So every year on her bday we do something donut themed instead of cake. I placed an order over a week at another local donut place for Birthday donut letters. I was suppose to pick up at 7am today. At 5pm yesterday they messaged me saying they were so sorry but because of unforseen circumstances they couldn't fill my order. I was crushed! They are another local family owned place and I won't bad mouth them because i believe something truly just came up. But this had been my plan for her. I immediately went on Google and typed in Donuts near me. After clicking on 5 different websites and not seeing anything about birthday Donuts I finally clicked on Sara's I immediately saw on her page she did them. I messaged her at 550pm and by 635pm she had messaged back she would be happy to do it! I was thrilled!! got there in just over 12 hours later to perfection. I only ordered "Happy Bday" in hope less letters would be as difficult as a last min order. She made all the letters and didnt charge me for the extras. “Two things that I look for at a place of business that sells food…rather…four things are as follows: aesthetics, food quality, and customer service. This place is exceptionally, insatiable, and exceeds EVERY aspect with INCREDIBLE tenacity!

Perspective: When I first walked in, the beauty and how intimate the dwelling in itself was was beyond anything I could have imagined in all of the donut shops my wife and I have ever been to! The store owner stepped out from the back with an infectious smile, almost stating, "What you're about to experience is exceedingly exceptional and pleasure to.your taste buds are guaranteed!" My wife ordered a glazed and chocolate donut and a jumbo kolache and a chocolate milk. I wanted to "test the waters a bit," so I ordered a cinnamon roll. As we concluded our business, we were met with that insatiable smile once more and quickly meandered to the car. Once we entered in, we attacked the cinnamon roll and kolache with such a ferociuosness that they were "inhaled" expeditiously. I wasn't satisfied... I wanted more! I immediately went back into the donut ? shop, and after being met with that incredible smile, I acquired yet another cinnamon roll! We've already stated that this is our new donut place over all the others!

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I brought my iPhone in for repair with a crack and a small black splotch. After they finish repairing, I checked the phone through to make sure everything worked, when I realized now my back camera does not work. When I brought it to the young kids attention- he said he would take it to the back to wipe it off with alcohol. When he realizes something internally was damaged he calls the “owner” who come to find out left the store and was not returning. I then hear the owner trying to walk the kid through how to possibly fix it, when then he comes back out with my phone and states the work they did on my phone wouldn’t have damaged the back camera. I proceeded to tell him that was incorrect and showed him a video I had taken on my phone (with my back camera) 18 minutes before I dropped my phone of this morning- the video had date and time for proof- and the camera was 100% clear. Long story short they were trying to make me pay $200 for the front screen when they damaged my phone even more. I told them I refused to pay it until they fixed what they damaged. They wanted me to leave my phone with them over night and stated they would fix my back camera tomorrow. I explained I was 39 weeks pregnant and could not go without a phone. They still wanted me to pay the $200 and bring my phone back the next day to “fix” the rest. I refused that, how do I know they would actually fix it/trust them that they would fix it. I told them I had no problem paying it when it was all fixed, but would not pay anything until it was fully fixed and I’m working condition. After going round and round with them I demanded to put my old screen back on- and then they wanted to STILL charge me $50 for “their time” when either way I would be leaving with a worse condition phone from what I came in with?? Finally they put my old screen back on(no charge) but back camera still broken, and coincidentally when I make it to my car my whole screen is then broken and I can’t see anything besides colorful lines down the screen. THIS PLACE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS!!! Even worse has people there left ALONE working that are not trained and do not know how to work on phones!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP. Lesson well learned and do not want anyone else to go through what I did!!! Reporting to BBB and apple since they are “apple certified”. this place needs to be investigated and shut down!!!!“
