Worst experience at the reception. This is the first time I’ve posted a negative review on any site.We made reservation for 5pm.There were no other reservations from 3Pm to 7PM.When we arrived there was no one at the reception. After she came,we were told there were no tables available for half hour. Then she left and another person came after 10 minutes and told us that they gave the table to some group that walked in and they had only 2 chefs and we had to wait. When we asked to talk to the manager, she left the reception area and we had to leave after waiting for several minutes and went to Imperial Hibachi and Sushi restaurant in Glade parks just couple of miles from there ,which is much nicer restaurant with very professional and hospitable staff and excellent food.
Fabulous everything! 2nd time, and ordering to go, too.

Excellent food and very friendly staff! I carry out often and the food is always fresh. Nina always takes great care of me! Would highly recommend this restaurant.
Traditional Hibachi restaurant. Great showmanship. And, very good food & service. Sushi bar in 1st half of restaurant, but can't comment on that.
Kasai is absolutely amazing. Their menu is massive and offers a variety of meals at different portions and prices. Whether you want hibachi or not, this place has plenty of seating to accommodate your needs. Lunch menu is perfect and you leave full for a reasonable price.

Our recent visit to Kasai was a real treat, especially getting to try their katsudon and hibachi. The katsudon was delicious and satisfying, with a perfectly crispy cutlet and savory sauce, while the hibachi was expertly prepared, sizzling with mouth-watering flavors. Both dishes made for a fantastic meal.
Our waitress, Cameron was beyond awesome! From the moment she greeted us with a warm, genuine smile, Cameron provided impeccable service. She was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs without ever being intrusive, and her friendly, positive energy was infectious. It's rare to see such dedication, and Cameron made our entire meal at Kasai truly special and memorable.
How is this place still open?
We go here often and eat in the hibachi room and the dining room. We like that you can order hibachi in the dining room and sushi in the hibachi room. The portions are huge and the food is fantastic. The waitstaff is very attentive and friendly and so are the chefs. Happy hour weekdays are awesome too!
It was amazing, we went for my dad’s birthday and the food was AMAZING to say the least. The staff were super nice to us and the overall experience was phenomenal.

We recently did a takeout order from Kasai, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. Here's what happened:
1. They completely forgot to include one of the rolls I ordered.
2. They mixed up another roll with a completely different menu item that happened to have the same name. (Seriously, why have two items with the same name? I even clarified on the call that I was only ordering rolls!)
3. One roll was so far off from its menu description that I thought they gave me the wrong item altogether. See below - the roll description says Spicy yellowtail, scallion, avocado inside with torched pepper tuna on top with yuzu, house spicy mayo sauce and dash of sriracha. What I received was nowhere close—no avocado in sight!
Mistakes happen, and I get that, so I called the restaurant to address the issue. After a few minutes, they admitted the errors and told me to come back in 20-30 minutes for them to remake the rolls.
When I arrived, I had to re-explain the situation to the person on the phone, then to her "manager," and finally to the actual manager. The real manager’s solution? To offer me the roll they forgot as a “free” roll, even though I had already paid for it. I had to remind him of that fact. Then, I waited another 20 minutes for them to remake two rolls—and they never gave me a clear answer about the roll that didn’t match the menu description.
The whole ordeal was frustrating. I ended up wasting over an hour, making two trips to the restaurant, and dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth conversations, only to be offered a roll I’d already paid for as a “freebie.”
Mistakes are understandable, but the way this situation was handled—both logistically and in terms of customer service—was disappointing. Kasai, please work on improving your processes and training your staff to better handle issues like this in the future.
