I really love the decor in Kasai. Everything is fun and immersive. The chef was very entertaining and grilled the most delicious food for us at the hibachi. There is also table seating if you don't want to sit at the grill, but why wouldn't you? I enjoyed the imported beer selection, too!

This is my favorite hibachi restaurant and I have been to places all over the country. The fried rice is consistently amazing, the fillet and lobster was top-notch, and the staff is consistently top-notch. Been going here for years and it is the best! If you want and above average experience, ask for Louis, probably the best Teppanyaki chef I have had anywhere!

Louis was our cook and was absolutely amazing! He was so sweet and funny and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was cooked to perfection!

Had a good time, our chef kept us entertained with his dizzying hand movements with the food. Will be coming back.

**Diner Beware** - especially if you order from here via 3rd party delivery company. (Doordash)

I am allergic to broccoli, I very specifically ordered my meal from this establishment without Broccoli, and no hibachi vegies which includes broccoli. It was clearly printed on the receipt. I guess the staff in the kitched doesn't bother to read the order tickets, they just shove it out the door as their normal order, diner's wishes be damned.

I called the restaraunt, and once their error was acknowleged, after talking to a hostess and a manager (they muted the phone while talking to the manager) it became my problem to get refunded via DoorDash. The meal with delivery was almost $50.00 in total. I was not issued a refund via DoorDash, nor from the Kasai restaraunt. I guess they just don't give a crap about their establishment's reputation or diner's special dietary needs. They would not even consider refunding my order to save their own reputation. Sad state of doing business in my honest opinion.

DoorDash doesn't care, they got paid to pick up and deliver the order and to them that is all that matters.. I would not reccomend this restaraunt as they don't care about thier customers or pay attention to the orders placed in front of them. Blame it on the third party and be done with it is the way this company functions. I will not be back and I'm done dealing with Doordash as well!

Had a great date night here. The 2 of us were sat a table with another group of 5, so it was a little awkward, however the food was really good and the portion sizes were perfect.

First Time I went here they were very rude to me. So I gave them a second chance and again was treated poorly. I have a service dog with me and they told me I could not sit at the grill because of her. Even though my service dog would not be in the way. I have ate at restaurants in the past just like this restaurant with no issues able to sit at the grill and all with my service dog. They told me I could still have my hibachi at a regular table but of course would still pay that same cost of a hibachi meal but no show. So if I could I would give them zero stars. I can not help that I need a service animal and should not be treated differently because of that.

I ordered a side of fried rice and chicken one night and got charged $7.00 next time I went and got steak. This time I was charged for steak and a side order of fried rice, I inquired about it the girl said I am the manager and told her to do that you just got lucky last time.

This place was absolutely incredible!! I have been going to Hibachi restaurants for the past 25+ years and this one is awesome! The food was delicious and the service was great!! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone that is looking for a yummy dinner with a fun show!
