I work very close to this location and used to go there pretty much every day. However, the management and people changed and now it’s just really bad experience. Once I came here and waited at the register so long that I actually LEFT because no one came to take my order. And just now I had to wait maybe 6 minutes for someone to come take my order. The people in the back saw me come in and didn’t acknowledge me. After awhile I started saying “hello, is anyone here?” I didn’t know the people in the back were cross trained to do the register so at one point I asked a woman in the back if anyone back there was able to take my order because *I don’t have all day*

So she doesn’t even acknowledge me. But she walks around to the register to take my order- and looks so pissed (as if it’s not her job to address customers??).

It would have been different if when I walked in she acknowledged me and said she would be with me shortly or whatever else. But no- she didn’t acknowledge a customer walked in and didn’t have a care in the world about helping me at all. And the fact that she acted angry about ringing up my BROWNIE that literally takes 10 seconds to ring up and another 5 seconds to hand to me is crazy.

If she showed some curtesy and let me know she knew I was there and that she needed to finish something it would have been totally fine.

The lack of customer service/ communication skills here is so bad.

Bring back the old management who actually cares about their customers 👍🏼

Had a delicious lunch at Luna. Service and food were great. J’Ron and JJ took great care of us - much more than you’d expect from counter service. The Greek Salad was fresh, and the Santorini Bowl was super filling.

Excellent in every way. Food was great. SUces and salad dressing best ever. The young lady who worked at the register, Joslin, was above and beyond professional. You do not often see employees come out on the restaurant floor to check and see how patrons are doing, but she did. Now I will add to my top favorites.

Meat portions were scant compared to the prices. For example 1/2 size order of salmon turned out to be more of a 1/4 of a size of a filet when ordering a luna bowl.
The ingredients tasted fresh but don't skimp out so much. That was sad. Felt like pd 12.00 for nearly an entire bowl of lettuce and cabbage. Do better.
I have been here before and had exemplary service, food was great and had zero complaints, which is why I put today's meal at 3 stars. I am hoping this is just a one off.
