Very quiet McAllister Deli.
Super nice staff and great food
This location is the absolute worst when it comes to online ordering. There is a 100% chance of the order having missing food and it’s so frustrating. If it’s not the added pickle spear, it’s the jalapeños for the nachos, if not that it’s a whole side order that isn’t in the bag. I like the food but I’ve given one too many chances. The first time was overlooked but 4 times in a row now I’m embarrassing myself.
This location use to be really good when it was under different management. Now the wait times when there’s no one else in there are horrible. They clearly saw me waiting & watched other people get their food knowing i was there way beforehand. This is the 2nd bad experience.

The cashier and the woman who brought out my food was great. Good eye contact and the woman who brought out my food also offered a to go plate and wanted to know how my food was.

Very disappointed. I ordered food for delivery tonight (Monday 7/1), and I got food that was out of date and moldy. Just nasty.

The sandwich and soup was fresh and delicious. I think about pricey.
When they are busy they typically get your order right. However when they are slow they are pretty sloppy. Uncut sandwiches, missing condiments, the usual annoyances. My wife got a Ruben and when we opened the box it was a huge mess and absolutely thrown together-sauerkraut covered the bottom of the box plus what was inside the sandwich was absolutely ridiculous. My sandwich I asked specifically for it to be dry only to have it coated in mayonnaise. When you’re the only folks in the store you’d think they could get it right.

3rd time coming… and every time we say “never again” bc the food is always expired or brown, like this avocado. The turkey meat is funky and the bacon was raw… the restaurant is dusty and just looks dirty. I am just over it. For $14 I don’t think this sandwich is worth it. And for colleyville you think it would be good/ over the top and nicer.

We were visiting from Petal MS and stopped in here since it was not far from our ball field. We just had a tough game and we're going for a split double header. The temperature was well above 105 that day and I believe the worker was Sasha. She got my kid some ice to put in his yeti so he could have cool water. She was very helpful that day.

This location has improved their service in recent months. They greet customers in a more engaging manner, help make suggestions with the vast menu and as a result create a better dining experience for customers.McAlister's has a huge wall menu so check online before you come and narrow down what you might order. I usually order their "Choose two". Half sandwich, salad, soup or spud are options. My favorite tends to be the McAlister's Club and salad and of course their really perfectly brewed iced tea. And if you frequent them regularly, check out their Tea Pass!I use the McAlister's app, earn points, then get rewards toward my food purchases.Once you order and pay, you receive your drink and a large order number to display at your table. Stop by a small counter if you need a lid & straw, then find a comfortable place to sit in their large dining area or outdoor patio. Their servers bring your order to your table rather quickly. They check back frequently and offer refills as well.
Vegetarian options: They do have a few vegetarian options including a vegan chili.
Parking: This restaurant is a stand alone restaurant in a large shopping center with plenty of parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility nearthe entrance.
