One of the slowest McDonald's I've ever had the displeasure to visit. I ordered a burger and fries online and went to the curbside to pick it up, it took almost 20 minutes for an employee to finally bring the food out. What's the point of ordering ahead when I have to wait in the parking lot anyway? And even when I did get the food, the fries were half full and cold and the burger looked like a blind person made it. I don't expect much from McDonald's especially when their employees can't even speak English, but this is absolutely ridiculous

It's McDonald's.... don't expect anything flashy or gourmet, but it's clean, has a play place, wifi, and quick service. Their app reader at the manned counter didn't work, but I've not had issues using it through drive thru, ordering ahead, or at the DIY kiosks.

Ordered the food thru the app and sat down at table #121. Ordered the food at 3:22pm. By 3:35 it was never brought to our table. I went up to the counter and they said oh we called the number out. I then said it says that they are supposed to bring it to the table. When I go to pick up the food, they are leaning against counters and laughing and pretty much doing everything else but their jobs. Also, not one person that can speak English fluently, broken English all throughout the restaurant.

Wish I could give a review about the service or the food but I received neither. Whoever is reading this, if anyone even bothers, on Dec 7th at 5:05pm I sat at the drive thru for five minutes politely calling out for someone to please help me. Thinking maybe they’re closed, I pulled around to the window and saw someone wearing a headset on the chair near the window on her phone. She heard me. She just didn’t care. I was also the only person in the parking lot or drive thru. It’s clear these workers don’t care. Fair enough, I’ll go somewhere else, but I don’t want to be silent about it

The breakfast and lunch staff are wonderful! They are all super friendly and my food is always fresh during peak times.
The night guy had the drive thru shut down at 8pm a couple months back but I won't remove any stars for a one off experience.

I went there and bought something with my reward points and when I got there my McDonald's app I guess had a glitch and never gave me a code but did charge me for the food. However I was explaining this to the supervisor or manager there and she was very rude and told me that was not her problem that, that was a problem with my app and that she didn't have an order in the system at all. This was at 3:03pm on a weekday after work. She was dressed all in black. Had no name plate and was a short and skinny lady. Very rude and so unprofessional the way she spoke to me. Never even offered to help me get in contact with McDonald's support so they can help me get a refund back. I really don't care if I lost my reward points and the filet o fish because of the glitch but the rudeness and how she treated me was unacceptable and uncalled for. After all I winded up having to buy my filet o fish combo and dining in. After I left I was able to contact customer service through the McDonald's app and they refunded my money for the fries and soda and added a the free filet o fish to my McDonald's app that I had lost because of the glitch. This lady is not trained on how to resolve problems at her job. All she knows how to say is: that's not my problem. When it really is when a customer buys food there. Thanks to the customers she has a job there because without customers she would be jobless. She needs to go home. That's where she belongs. Not managing or supervising a restaurant.

The people making the food don't have hair neets and just found a huge hair in my burger and I showed it to them and were rude about it very unprofessional.

The people that work at this store are so rude. The drive-through staff is the rudest. I think I’ve ever met anywhere and the manager at the store. Oh my God she should be fired.
