It’s always a hit or miss. I have tossed my smoothie because it was so thick from too much cashew milk it would not go through a straw even after 20min of me getting to work. Lastly, I walked in and no one was at the front and I waited for over 5min before anyone came to the front . I yelled hello three times and nothing.. very odd.. they need some real management in here.. lastly, I seen one of the older ladies who work here smoke her large vape pen near the smoothies and rested there on the counter for me to see from the pickup area…

They only use cashew milk in everything, my boyfriend is allergic to nuts and we asked for them to clean the machines to avoid cross contamination. The girl told us they just can’t serve people who are allergic to nuts. very excluding to those who have the most common allergen in the world.

They took forever to make our smoothie and once we received it it was soupy consistency nothing like a smoothie. We asked them to remake it and they said no. I drank it and then got bad stomach pain and was sick that night.Not ideal

Every time I come here my order is inaccurate. I have missing ingredients that I pay for. It's always new staff which means there's likely lots of turn around. I was feeling hopeful but It happened again today ? will not be returning.
I reached at 7:42 on october 5th and the gentleman (employee who was sitting outside told me its already closed). Dont visit this place after 7 on weekdays.
