I found hairs in my Pho so there’s that. And the waiter seemed casual about it, so i’m guessing this is a regular occurrence…never really going back obvi but also i hope the restaurant faces the consequences cause this is unacceptable and disgusting.

Edit: To the manager( i’m guessing thats who responded to this below), Yes I did not accept a new bowl cause I WAS DISGUSTED. I saw what i needed to see. I wish i could vomit the portion i ate before finding out the hair. Please do a good job at providing good food rather than being passive aggressive towards the customer next time.

I’ve been visiting this place for almost 10 years. This is my absolute favorite pho ever. It’s the best tasting pho in the country! I’ve traveled and tasted pho at different places and nothing compares. We love coming in for some comfort food. The best I’ve tasted!!! I love the crispy chicken spring rolls as well and the delicious fried rice. Omg I’m slobbering now thinking about !

Went for lunch service was fast friendly. The PHO Combination wasn't worth what I paid!!
3 slices of meatball, 1 slice of tendon, two slices of tripe, three slices of beef, there was no brisket.
Very disappointed inequality, add quality of the PHO
The shrimp, spring roll was rather good. I would get that again
I may give them another chance at a later date but no time soon!!
Very disappointed

We had a take out order. The lady gave us a dirty look when ordering. The regular pho had 9 thin slices of meet, the large had 12 slices of meat. All meat combined maybe two bites. The siracha and oyster sauce came mixed together in one container so you had no way of limiting the spice. Better pho options available who are friendly and do not skimp on the meat.

Been dining at Pho Duy for 6+ years, and we are so grateful for the owners, staff, and good food. I consider the owners my friends after all these years, as they’ve gone out of their way for me on several occasions. These are good, honest people who work hard and maintain their standards strictly. Their pho is the best in town. Many healthy options, which are few and far between when eating out these days.

I usually order take out from here. My menu favorites are chicken wings and grilled pork spring rolls with their house made sauce. Yummy. The owners are very kind and efficient. Love to support local business when I can. And their delicious food is worth it.

Went there almost around the time they were about to close. We ordered Chicken pho and Teriyaki chicken and rice. The food was brought quickly and it tasted good. Also the price was worth it and the server and the service was good overall!

My father and I have been coming to this place for years (5+) we try for every Thursday around noon, so you might see us, lol . I am a Pho snob (imo) for sure. The authentic vietnamese broth (bone and or veggie) IMO, OMG!!! Their vietnamese coffee, I was buzzed for about for like 6hours. We love (johns) this place, personable owners/family, and friendly staff. especially if you try to get to know them. In all honestly, after all these years, the food is always consistent and delicious. Best Pho fo sho and spring rolls and salt/pepper tofu, salivating just thinking of them...
