Pizza Hut

I picked up an order and it was just being finished as I walked in. The festive box was handed to me for the Triple Treat box. Food was ok. Cinnamon sticks were hot and fresh. The cheese sticks were over cooked. The pizza just isn't my favorite- pepperoni cups on one pizza and sausage on the other. Not seasoned, just kind of bland. No fault of the store.

Very dry, hard crust. One piece had sauce and the next piece didn't. Not good.

They got the order wrong and the food was low quality. Delivery driver was nice. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends and family.

Guys who work there, they treat people very bad !

First they hang up on me, then proceeds to take the order but now for some reason is they not participating nor getting food for delay. I see the ratings now can’t explain what’s obvious.

Pizza was tasteless. Toppings were skimpy. Almost no sauce when extra sauce was requested. Some vegetable toppings were raw.

Ordered at 5:28 for delivery. Stated it would be here at 6:10. Notified at 6:10 order was not even in the over yet through door dash. Called the store. Worker answered and I tried to ask about my order. Guy doesn’t say anything, just hangs up on me. Called back, got another guy who just puts me on hold, no answers. This location has horrible customer service. Not the first time. Ordered for delivery once prior and the order was never delivered. Store wouldn’t answer phone. Had to leave sick kids at home to go check on order after being charged delivery fee. Found order in warmer and had been sitting there for over 45 minutes. Didn’t get the delivery fee refunded since I picked up myself. Will not be giving this place my money anymore and would strongly caution anybody using them. Horrible customer service.

The pizza wasn't made as ordered. It had no flavor and tasted like it had been sitting there for hours before it was delivered. I'll never order from there again.
