DON’T GO TO THIS SCOOTERS! We went here & spent $15 on drinks. We should have left after “Jordan” (the girl on the register) just starred at us when we were at the register instead of saying anything, no “hi how are you” “ can I take your order “ nothing! We ordered a drink that we get every time we go to scooters & this drink tasted nothing like what we asked for. The girl there (“jordan”) who had to of been like 12 or just acted like a child messed up on our drinks, we asked for a refund after taking only one sip & she didn’t know how to do that, so we waited almost an hour for her to get in touch with the store manager to ask how to issue a refund. The store manager finally called back and the kid didn’t even know how to answer a land line?? They claim they couldn’t do refunds, the only thing they could do is have the kid who obviously wasn't trained to do her job remake the drinks or come all the way back Monday to speak to the manager. Very unprofessional and a waste of money. Save your self the headache & go to a different location. Not to mention whenever the girl did talk she whispered the whole time… but once I said we didn’t want her to make our drinks again because she obviously can’t she got offended & was able to talk like a normal person….

Scooters please do better & train your employees before leaving them to run the store alone. Just ridiculous & a waste of our hard earned money..

The young workers at this establishment are highly inexperienced and irresponsible. Me and my amiga ordered two carmelicious’ online for pick up fifteen minutes prior to our arrival. However, when we got there the employees had yet to begin making our drinks. Despite the fact that there were no patrons…and to make matters they were on their phones. Once we were noticed and informed them of our order they started scrambling to make the most vile concoction me and my friend have ever digested (if we ever will). It seemed that the employees were novices in the art of coffee. Taking a sip I don’t even taste the suggestion of coffee, let alone the “-licious” we were promised. Though I will give them credit we did taste the caramel, vehemently so. The beverage seemed thickened from the copious amounts of syrup. I’m not sure what these children were thinking, but I am sure that I need to get a root canal after this.

First time at a Scooters. I got a large hot chocolate through the drive through. It was a little weak, and tasted like it was just mixed packets. It was nice to be able to try it with a current coupon promotion. I did go in a throw something away and the atmosphere just looked really cute and welcoming!

Disappointed in my usual Scooter's and was in the area so I decided to try them. Nope, not good. Way to much air blended into the drink. Tasted like I was drinking foam.

Normally make excellent coffee, today though had a med carmelicious blender with an extra shot and tasted like pure water as I took a sip on the road. Had an appt so returned in an hour asking if they could . Some weeks spend in excess of $40 a week. The young guys working there was adamant it was left too long and that’s why it was watery! How idiotic can you get!!! Refused to remake it and basically said it was not his problem! Non existent customer service all he had to do was remake my coffee and would have been and continuous customer but after this service FORGET IT, won’t be back!!!! Will also be pass g me experience along to all my friends that you this scooters, so you will be loosing many customers!!!

Great place to grab a coffee or breakfast sandwich on my way to work in the morning. All of the employees in the morning are super friendly and helpful with recommending drinks and customizations.

Their coffee is always great! I go there every time I am in Colleyville area! People are awesome and very friendly!
Today I got late and cinnamon rolls both are great quality and taste!
I wish they have more variety of pastries!

The girls in the morning are cold and strange. They pretend to be nice but I don’t know why I go back over and again ( on my way to work) when they’re always like that.

I can't really tell you how the coffee was because the machine was broken but I was meeting a friend so I had a cup of tea which was good. But I would have liked coffee. The girl behind the counter was very nice. We sat in to have coffee. I didn't drive thru.

Really great place to go after a stressful Dr appointment. Very clean location, smells AMAZING!! My daughter enjoyed a caramel turtle latte cool brew blended. The taste is very balanced, good coffee portion to hit the spot then the flavors! Very attentive kind employee's! The music is a great vibe. The restrooms have baby changing tables, and very wheelchair accessible. Clean too!
