The simple order, in spite of being repeated 4 times, was delivered wrong. We received the wrong entree and wrong drink. I hate to say it, but it think there was a language. The issue was resolved in the end, but still quite disappointing.
I just want to say Jayden the carhop that brought me my food literally ran my food to my car. My only complaint was that the touchscreen did not work and it did not allow me to leave him a tip and he definitely deserved a tip. (Shame on sonic for not having their stuff working correctly because these kids work off tips 😔! I felt bad so I ran to the bank and got him cash!
Lately the customer service here has been really good. The young lady who normally takes my order is wonderful. I come for a happy hour drink often & have noticed how pleasant she is.
