Waited for over 20 minutes in a drive through lane I couldn't get out of only to learn a (most likely) seasonal favorite, peppermint syrup, was out of stock. The person at the window (after2-3 minutes wait) had no idea when more would be in and dudn't check with anyone else. My primary concer was not with her or the wait. Rather, it's with the person/s responsible for tracking inventory usage, understanding supply timeframes and proactively reordering.

Hands down, the best salted caramel creme cold brew I've ever heard! Leah did an excellent job and was very professional. In lieu of the cold brew, which wasn't working, she offered an excellent substitution. Great work! We love our drinks.

I wasn’t having a great morning today. I was just going to pick up my coffee and breakfast, but was surprised by the small conversation I had with my barista. They asked about my day what I do for work, and it just meant something to me just someone asking about my day. I have always had great service in this location. I remember one time one of the barista‘s left me a note on my coffee just telling me to have a good day. I hate that I’m terrible with names, or I would’ve called the manager telling them what great employees they have.

Amazing lady baristas!The experience was wonderful for a Starbucks run from a girls shopping break.One barista even gave me multiple gift card options different from the display options!The Starbucks drinks were on point too, double valued!Great job Starbucks, you had me at HELLO. ?
