This is a food truck! Outdoor seating at picnic tables with umbrellas. The food is absolutely fantastic! The owner and the girl waiting on me was delightful. Their Marinara sauce was wonderful. The girl told me she made it herself. Pasta and bread was great also. Pretty large menu. Highly recommended.

Great lasagna & salad—both with very large portions. Deliciously soft buttered and seasoned rolls, one for each menu item—so we got four! It was enough for two meals for my wife and me. Ready in 15-20 minutes. Easy parking and walk up for takeout. Before my tip it was still under $30 cash price. As with many restaurants since Covid they have kept their prices as reasonable as possible but will charge extra for credit/debit. Collinsville is fortunate to have them close!

This place has very good food and it is a food truck. It has about 15 entrees to choose from. Mia is very sweet. I get their dinner salad to go all the time. 3.79 tax and all. They have a southwestern salad that is full of corn and other southwestern items. It is a big salad. Their entrees are plentiful for your money. You must stop and get a plate to go or dine in the outdoors under Mia's twinkle lights.
