Came back here after a 2 star negative experience. I came close to close thinking it was closing at 11. They closed at 10 and it was 9:40. Didn't realize that I had to drive to window to order, so rolled up at 9:53. The ladies here couldn't have been NICER OR KINDER. Honestly, thought it would be a negativeexperience. I was ready for it, and I was proved WRONG. These two ladies made it an excellent experience. I'd recommend this place anytime they're here working. Thanks so much for the help!

Went to Subway on 7/21/24 to pick up my food, after ordering online. I get to the store at 6:40 pm to find a sign that says they are closing at 7 pm. The doors are locked, and when we try to get the attention of the employees, a young man employee gives me the middle finger. When I went to the drive thru window, the Manager is nasty, rude, and a complete unprofessional person. I will never go back to this Subway, nor promote it to my friends. If you are visiting, there's a DQ down the street with better service

Time was around 8:20-8:30 pm on June 21, 2024 Walked in to place an order place smelt like a skunk, was yelled at by female employees saying card machines out we are only taking cash right now. Then both walk off towards the back for like 6 min.

Why do you say you’re open until 10pm? No hot sandwiches after 9pm- apparently the toaster has to be shut off. Showed up at 9:20pm, doors were locked- had to use drive thru- never told about the toaster, until we noticed our chicken wasn’t heated up. Poor customer service- we’ve tried a few times with this one and it’ll be the last!

The store is fine and employees are great but if you don’t have items then please do not allow your customers to place an order online of items you don’t have , the manager at Colorado city store don’t allow them to make cookies at night , this is the 3rd time I couldn’t get my money back because I ordered something and they didn’t not have it or was not allowed to make it , I’m very unsatisfied with this , I order and pay and wait then I’m told no refund and we don’t have what you want , very unprofessional for a corporation

Horrible customer service I didn't even order anything I left I wasn't going to put up with the womans attitude that was working there on Friday 5/31 at the colorado city texas subway around 11am. It was ridiculous she needs to stay home if she's so miserable working there I told her I was leaving because I wasn't going to put with it. All She could say was bye. Who is the manager there???

Horrible customer service from Marta at first I was denied service cause she said they can't ring up a chicken pizziola, but allowed me finally to order when ask if I can build a sandwich, she allowed me finally to tell her my ingredients I wanted to make the same sandwich. She was rude angrily ripping her note paper and rewriting what I requested and mumbled a rude comment under her breath at me. What kinda management allows this type of service?

Stopped by yesterday on my way home, the employees were kind of mouthing off to one another the entire time I was in the establishment, loudly bantering back and forth, not polite, didn't seem healthy or clean food handling was a priority. Won't stop there again

Giving 5 stars solely because of the hard work of the sole guy working. He took my order, made my sandwich in less than 10 minutes, and was super friendly. This guy deserves a pay raise for running the store by himself with a line at the window and staying professional.
