Could be slow depending on the rushes and peak times, the food is good but I wished it was more open for dining, they always had a staffing issue and I hope it gets fixed

Ordered on DoorDash - went to pick it up they couldn’t find my order .

Got home and the sesame chicken is burnt - not even able to chew it . Very salty .

The rice is old and hard, maybe undercooked, no flavor

This was at 6:30 no reason food is like this .

Got take out... all tied up in bags from the kitchen... got home no sauces, called to ask... was told you have to ask for sauces if you want for your eggrolls, etc.
. What??? Terrible!

I was eating my soup and I found a women’s hair in my soup that never happened to me before

I don’t get on and ever leave reviews, but I swear I ate STRAIGHT

My sesame chicken was dry and my noodles tasted burnt and bitter. My brothers broccoli tasted as if it was about to go bad. And my sister cheese ragoon tasted old and not done well. I am really upset but always knew something wasn't good.

Food was EXCELLENT, prices were great, portions were large, and selections were plentiful. Service was a bit of a miss, but it was close to closing time. Overall an amazing place, and will definitely return.

The food at this restaurant is GREAT! I’ve actually been eating here for years…. The only problem that I have is lately they’ve hired to many Immature kids to work the front area and it’s really terrible service on their part. I hate to complain on them because you can tell their young

The food was wonderful. The egg rolls were crispy perfect! Ample portions! I recommend Formosa. I don't live there but I will be stopping there every chance I get! Yummy!

Ordered 3 meals to go for 3 people. All three of us woke up sick with food poisoning. The food tasted pretty old when we got it, so none of us finished our meals. Called the restaurant to let them know and the only thing they had to say was “well our food is fresh, if you feel that bad maybe you should go to the dr “ I explained it was the only thing we all had eaten and what are the odds of us all getting sick with the same food poison symptoms.. she asked for my number for the owner to call me back, I gave it to her and before I could get another word out she hung up on me. Still waiting on a phone call from the owner that I’m sure will never come. A lot of my friends and family eat at this place regularly, but I can assure you NONE of us will ever be returning after this experience. Something definitely needs to get done about this before other people get sick like we are. The stomach pains from this food poisoning is almost unbearable. And the disgusting attitude I had to deal with from the lady that answered the phone was completely uncalled for.

Employees are rude and service is horrible.

The food is good, but I did a take out order and a few days later I noticed a tip was placed on the order that I never signed for.
