My sesame chicken was dry and my noodles tasted burnt and bitter. My brothers broccoli tasted as if it was about to go bad. And my sister cheese ragoon tasted old and not done well. I am really upset but always knew something wasn't good.

Food was EXCELLENT, prices were great, portions were large, and selections were plentiful. Service was a bit of a miss, but it was close to closing time. Overall an amazing place, and will definitely return.

This is one where you don’t know what to expect when you arrive and they will blow your mind with the good flavors !! Recommend if you are passing by.

The food at this restaurant is GREAT! I’ve actually been eating here for years…. The only problem that I have is lately they’ve hired to many Immature kids to work the front area and it’s really terrible service on their part. I hate to complain on them because you can tell their young

The food was wonderful. The egg rolls were crispy perfect! Ample portions! I recommend Formosa. I don't live there but I will be stopping there every chance I get! Yummy!

Ordered 3 meals to go for 3 people. All three of us woke up sick with food poisoning. The food tasted pretty old when we got it, so none of us finished our meals. Called the restaurant to let them know and the only thing they had to say was “well our food is fresh, if you feel that bad maybe you should go to the dr “ I explained it was the only thing we all had eaten and what are the odds of us all getting sick with the same food poison symptoms.. she asked for my number for the owner to call me back, I gave it to her and before I could get another word out she hung up on me. Still waiting on a phone call from the owner that I’m sure will never come. A lot of my friends and family eat at this place regularly, but I can assure you NONE of us will ever be returning after this experience. Something definitely needs to get done about this before other people get sick like we are. The stomach pains from this food poisoning is almost unbearable. And the disgusting attitude I had to deal with from the lady that answered the phone was completely uncalled for.

Employees are rude and service is horrible.

The food is good, but I did a take out order and a few days later I noticed a tip was placed on the order that I never signed for.

Ordered delivery and never got it. I tried calling multiple times before they closed and no one answered.

I've been once before and again today. Today was absolutely terrible. The kids and I say kids because one of them is 15 running. The front of the restaurant didn't know what they were doing. They forgot my order. They tried to bring my appetizer as a to-go order. I had to ask for refills on my drink multiple times. I had to remind The woman running the front that I was still waiting on my meal while my daughter had gotten hers. Oh and I think I'm forgetting something....

Oh yeah someone at the restaurant called the cops to come out and talk to me and my daughter because she was pregnant.... She had a medical bandage around her arm after giving blood at the hospital, being 9 months pregnant, so of course that was signs for concern that we had just left a doctor's office.....

After that I never received an apology, The manager never came out and they continued to screw up my food order..... All of this happened before my appetizer even came out in a to-go box for some reason.....

Before I left I had to ask to talk to the manager about what had happened. So apparently whoever was running the front didn't seem an appropriate to let the manager know any of this was going on.

If I wasn't swiping away the flies from my food and I didn't deal with terrible customer service and extremely inappropriate behavior from the staff. The dining experience would have been wonderful.

Here's the crazy part. The 15-year-old that was training as a waiter was the only one actually trying. He was the only one that was polite. I left him a $20 cash tip after verifying with the owner that he would be the one to keep it and not have to split it. I made sure to say this in front of the girl that was supposed to be training him that wasn't doing a thing to actually train him. I was a waiter for well over a decade when I was younger, if any restaurant owners in the area need decent wait staff, I recommend grabbing this kid.

Luckily after the birth of my grandchild, I won't be going to the doctor in Columbus any further so I will have much better options for Chinese food in Victoria.

Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment.
