I was craving me some Jack this morning after a LONG night shift. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. No answer at the drive thru or phone, so I pulled up to the window. The only worker on shift was a Spanish speaker and her position wasn’t to run any of the register/order stuff. We did our best to communicate and she woke up her Manager. We all FaceTimed and got it figured out. Turns out somebody was a no show to work, and the manager was getting ready to come in....
Edit: On the other hand what we ended up ordering was delicious.First time I’ve been told you have to have the ham on a breakfast Jack. Been ordering them without it most of my life.
