I misplaced the receipt with the url for the survey. But I must convey how nice it is to find Robin in the drive-through payment window. She recognizes our voices and is ready with a smile and cheerful attitude when we reach the window. She is an absolutely joy.
There are actually a couple other employees from time to time at the drive through who have absolutley no personality! They are not rude, but just not friendly! This includes the pick-up window as well. These younger employees need a class on customer relations. i.e. smiles, greetings, 'you are welcome' in stead of 'no probllem'. As I said, they have never been rude, just not conveying an attitude of 'we are glad you came to McDonald's today'. We usually try to schedule our visits to McD's when we know Robin is there.
I consider her an excellent rep. for your business in Columbus.
We regularly visit McD's for a mocha frappe. That is a treat to ourselves. Robin inhances our experience.

Every time every where I get a filet o fish Sandwich it's just thrown together. I cant straighten it out either because the cheese is stuck to the bun and it tears apart.

Out of 40 different coffee variations listed on the menu, only 6 were actually available. The coffee itself was disgusting—roasted to a burnt degree where all you can taste is bitterness.
Management should be fired.
Avoid at all costs.

One of the most fun bathrooms I've ever seen a McDonald's. It has some holiday stuff out and a couple of cool photos on the wall. It's a small things!

My daughter had to exchange her drink because the sprite tasted funny, well the young cashier be behind the counter was rude and rolled her eyes, was extremely disrespectful. Prayers baby girl 😘

Employees are always so rude. There's a couple that are nice, but most are not built for customer service. Most of the time my online/mobile orders aren't correct, or they don't even bring them to you. Or say they didn't get the order.

2025 review: People at the window for the drive thru have been very friendly most times I go. Everything in my previous review seems to have improved over the years. Orders are usually correct now, and no more waiting forever at the drive thru

We are locals and visit often, never have any dipping sauce for chicken nuggets yet they can place the same sauce on a wrap. Do not leave without checking order accuracy. I dont leave reviews often but this place needs some change.

Have had my order made wrong several times here. If you have special requests I would suggest going inside and ordering from the counter and then checking your order before you leave.

Worst service ever. Check your order!!! Plastic ware, straws, butter, sugar, cream, unavailable napkins keft out. Took 10 mins to get condiments. Had to get toilet paper for napkins. Some people left after 15 mins of not taking order. Items on the screen order are very confusing. Big breakfast items way down on list come after desserts and beverages. (Please put item up near other breakfasts.)Asked to sub english muffin for biscuit after order was placed, I was told nope, cant do.
