I placed an order online. As I picked my order up, I was told the coffee I had ordered wouldn’t be ready for 43 minutes. I told the clerk I could not wait that long and that I would like a refund. She said she could not give a refund and offered Do-Nuts instead. I already ordered food and did not need more food and surely wasn’t staying for 43 minutes. Pretty sad this is how people are treated when the store can’t provide what was ordered and paid for.

I'm not familiar with this place, as it was my first visit. I only wanted donuts and coffee. The coffee was on point and the donuts were warm and fresh. Not to mention delicious. The atmosphere is quiet, which is normal for the early hours anyway. Employee was friendly. I'd rather support a local business too.

Ordered ham and cheese kolaches and the ham was spoiled. Recommend breaking them open before you bite in.
They used to be wonderful until they were sold to someone else. The new owners changed quite a bit. The service used to be fantastic, it’s now dismal at best. They can’t get an order right to save their lives, they very seldom have the basic items in stock. We went the other day at 7 am and they were already out of ham and cheese kolaches and didn’t plan on making more. It’s nice having a drive-thru, but honestly I’ll take my business down the road to Donald’s.
