They used to be wonderful until they were sold to someone else. The new owners changed quite a bit. The service used to be fantastic, it’s now dismal at best. They can’t get an order right to save their lives, they very seldom have the basic items in stock. We went the other day at 7 am and they were already out of ham and cheese kolaches and didn’t plan on making more. It’s nice having a drive-thru, but honestly I’ll take my business down the road to Donald’s.

Went to the location years ago and loved it. This time, the donuts were all sizes, which I thought they should at least be all the same O. The staff were lackadaisical, and it was only 1 person in the drive through and me in the lobby.

This place surprised me the different flour and raw sausage jalapeño cheese and donan does not have the same original Shipley.

By far the worst Shirley's I have ever been to, customer service was trash, food was trash, drinks was trash, you would think a small town place like this would be good. How do you mess up shipleys...lol. do better Columbus Shipleys...

Husband and I are from out of town. Looked up donuts near us. We came across their website. Made plan to go in the morning. We were prepared to buy 2 dozen donuts because they looked and sounded so good. Lady behind counter barely understood what we wanted the selection was minimal no cake donuts at all no donut holes either. We bought 6 donuts, a cream cheese roll and 2 different kolaches. We were so disappointed in the taste of the donuts and icing not to mention the cream cheese filling was nasty and only a small amount on top of a huge cinnamon roll type pastry.
