The best sandwich I have ever eaten not made at home. I suffer from Celiac Disease and so gluten free is not usually an option for me. Jane is a very knowledgeable chef and takes time creating natural and organic. Jane Rocks!! Thank you
Let me tell you something I’ve eaten all over the world.For a trailer downtown Columbus Texas, I’ve never had any food this outstanding. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday she’s open so trust me stop by.
I love the pimento grilled cheese and asked Jane if I could buy in bulk for my trips. I've used her twice now and everyone loved it! we order cheese, extra pesto and the dipping sauce and make the sandwiches ourself at the event.
She vacuum sealed everything so it was super easy to bring camping and not worry that it would get water in the container in the cooler.
Will use her more in the future and you should too! :)
