The lady who took our order benallope didn’t only ring our order up wrong but was constantly talking over me, wouldn’t let me finish talking, and in the middle of me trying to correct the order decided to end our order, and start taking someone else’s. Maybe if she wouldn’t have been so rude, and let people talk she wouldn’t get so many orders wrong.

Just got a drink for $4.10 in the drive through. Gave the Kid at window a $5 bill. He barely opened the little window doors to give me a dime back. Now, I wonder what's going on. Is he too dumb to make correct change, is he too immature to care about making correct change or is he just a thief? Maybe somebody who cares will read this.

On a family trip out of town we had to fill our bellies. So glad Sonic was in the vicinity, the wait was a bit longer than we’d like. However, the food was as tasty as it’s always been. Tots were golden, crispy, and well portioned. I’d like Sonic to incorporate some vegan options…..

If I could give zero stars I would. I was charged twice for my order . Once when I swiped my card on the machine and twice by the rude cashier. When I told her my transaction was approved , as it said on the machine , she started to argue with me that it had not. My banking app lets me know immediately when a transaction happens, but she insisted it did not and charged me again. Horrible experience, I hope the extra $20 helps .

My husband and I went here around 1 today (Sept. 27th) after working outside all morning. The woman taking our order barely knew English and was hard to understand. She also did not get our order right after we repeated it multiple times. The food was very bad, so bad that after working in the sun all day and being hungry we couldn't eat it. We chose to drive the two hour drive home hungry instead. The pickle fries were overcooked and most of them were just fried batter without anything inside.

Based on the other reviews maybe I've just been lucky. My experiences at this sonic have been great. I stop here any time traveling along i10. They are so fast with the order and also the food has always come out hot and fresh. Can't speak about customer service necessarily as I'm there such a short time I may enhance 3 words with the employee. Fastest place along i10 to get some food and get back on the road.

Orderd through the app didn't get what I orderd I asked the sorry excuse for a manager and she got stupid and said call the app even though I was trying to show her the order was paid for and she didn't wanna hear it didn't do anything to help
