Based on the other reviews maybe I've just been lucky. My experiences at this sonic have been great. I stop here any time traveling along i10. They are so fast with the order and also the food has always come out hot and fresh. Can't speak about customer service necessarily as I'm there such a short time I may enhance 3 words with the employee. Fastest place along i10 to get some food and get back on the road.
I primarily go to a Sonic for some type of ice cream: a Reeses Peanut Butter Blast, a shake, or a soft-serve sundae. Love the beverage options as well. For a fun date night, hubby and I like the drive-in style of doing something different and getting a slush or ice cream.
My son and I were traveling to Houston to visit family and decided to stop in here. I kid you not, this was the best Sonic food I've ever tasted! Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly! Nothing was soggy or cold. If every Sonic tasted this good I was visit more often. Good job guys! Everyone was also very friendly!
