The food and service is great when its available. 2 weeks in a row, no tea, no icecream products of any kind, and no onion rings. The drive-thru is almost never open. No point in stopping.

This Sonic was having problems when we were there. It must have been new people because food was being returned left and right as an incorrect order. All in all it took about 45 minutes to get our food.

Why is the drive thru closed at a brand new sonic? Not much of a drive thru for americas drive in. The service has been questionable the three times I’ve tried them out. I was initially excited about having a Sonic so close to home too. Once I went in to order a drink and I was ignored by multiple staff for a solid 5-8 minutes standing at the register. They clearly saw me. Finally when they took my drink order for one drink they just gave it to me for free. Which was nice. Only reason for two stars. The last two times I have ordered food it has been given to me incorrectly or sauces were forgotten. Chili on the chip cheese dog completely not even on there. But they put shredded cheese on it…? Everyone who works there looks miserable like they hate their job. Every time I have pointed out that they didn’t include the dipping sauces in my bag I was argued with that they were in there when they weren’t. I want so badly to like this sonic. Please try better. One time the workers from the Sonic and the jimmy John’s were yelling at each other while I was waiting on my food. Very unprofessional.
So next I decided to try jimmy johns. I watched them making my sandwich. They were making it wrong according to the menu. I chimed in politely and asked for no mayo on my sandwich as I saw them slathering mayo on it even though the menu did not say it came with mayo since it lists out all the ingredients. The worker then argued with me and told me the menu was wrong…ok? Guess I’ll try the Indian food next. Hopefully it is better. Seems to be from what I hear.
Some might say “what do you expect? It’s a fast food place in a gas station!?” Well…sure. But this is a nice gas station that is brand new. I want it to be good. Hopefully they can get their crew in ship shape. If I have a better experience next time I try it I’ll update my review.

Shane, manager, also runs the Jimmy John’s next door, very very kind! Service was a bit slow upon opening as expected, but I’ve not had one bad experience. Everyone I’ve encountered has been so pleasant and helpful. Food is always hot & fresh, the inside is clean and well kept.

The best service I’ve encountered in a long time! Eric, Shavonnie, and Reggie are so patient and kind. They explained the entire drink menu to us and even shared delicious secret menu offerings. It felt like we we’re talking to family.

The new sonic is pretty awesome! It’s new and they are still getting everything in order, but they are all so nice and helpful! They are always ready to make a new drink for me that maybe they haven’t heard, but they still do an amazing job! No one is perfect but I know they get better everyday! Give them a chance, you won’t be sorry!!
Food was good, service was okay, but my drink was so terrible I got a route 44 blue raspberry slush with extra nerds, and threw the whole thing away after 2 sips.
The slush they gave me had big chuncks of ice, was the color white instead of blue, and tasted awful like chemicals, or bleach. I understand this place is new, but they definitely gotta iron out some kinks.
