Went through the drive thru on our way through town. I wound up not eating much of my sandwich which was made incorrectly and the burger patty was old and dried out, which really surprised me because every other Whataburger I've been to always has very hot and fresh patties. My fries were cold but husband shared his ( which were hot and fresh). I'd rate it overall okay as the employee at the window was fine and even though my husband said his food wasn't sitting...
The restaurant needed to be cleaner. I understand the kids might be difficult to keep up with but there were flies in there at the time I was there and that wasn’t very reassuring. Staff were great though.
Is it just me or what? You wait in line forever, place order, repeat order and 9 times out of 10, the order is incorrect! The name should change from "fast food" to "food to go", nothing fast about it.
