This isn't a one time occurrence. Nearly eveytime I eat here something is wrong. The first time was the only good time and it mistakenly gave me hope that it will get better.The second time I ate here the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered with no customization didn't have pickles. Whatever, but this is the start of the trend.Couple of days later I go back for breakfast and order what I normally order at other Chick-fil-As with no issue: Spicy chicken egg & cheese muffin. Surprisingly, they got it right, it just took forever. About 15 mins. I thought that because it isn't a menu item they weren't familiar with it so if I wanted a faster order I'll order a menu item next time.Next time: order a standard number 7. Takes 15 mins again. Everyone else ordering standard menu items get their order in half the time.Mistakenly believe this is a fluke and order a number 7 again on my next visit. This time it takes 17 mins and comes out cold.Literally, the only time that I have gotten decent service here is when I go to the busier lunch time and order spicy deluxe.If that is all they can make properly at this location, take everything off the menu.

Purchased large fries (and other stuff) and it was half empty, what's the point in buying large if you fill it up less than medium???I guess saving time on not having to make more for other orders.

Im not from this area. We knew we’d be stopping here for the night as we traveled through so we searched maps for something familiar. Saw this pop up and hit go there…Restaurant is located inside a college building. We decided not to go in based on that detail that we didn’t learn of until we pulled into town. Instead we went to Chicken Express.

Placed an online order and still had to wait 15 minutes after the app said it was ready. once we got there and they started on it they played around and had no communication as the guy in the back asked multiple times what else was needed for our order. This cfa has always been slow even when not busy.

Ordered a meal with a large fries, cashier knew i ordered a large fries, they charged me for a large fries, they didn't give me my large fries and when i went to ask for them they said that it wasn't on the order. Wasn't even given regular fries just the drink. I asked for a ranch and no ranch was given
The food was subpar; this is not the quality that Chick-fil-A is known for. There were items on the menu that were not being served at this location, and I was charged for one of said items. While corrective action was taken and I was given the correct food, the signature Chick-fil-A customer service also fell short.

Food was not great. One time I ordered nuggets and they were burnt. The second time I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches. They felt slightly undercooked, but I continued eating the meal that I paid for. 4 hours later, I threw up the entire meal. I would not recommend this location.
