First time there and the wait was 30 minutes to maybe an hour. The food was definitely delicious and worth the wait. Friendly staff, it did take a few minutes after we sat down for someone to take our drink orders along with food orders; we got the chips and salsa quickly, salsa very good, not spicy. I would go again, nice small restaurant and the food is good.
What a great little spot in Commerce! Very polite and friendly staff. Even with an outlandish customer the staff was very polite and unwavering. My lovely server, Leonela and Hope we're absolutely great. They handled the situation with nothing but grace and kindness for the elderly lady. Kudos to Leonela for her unwavering and charasmatic ability to handle the situation. Give her a raise and a vacation because she is pivotal in this restaurant industry.
Today I experienced horrible service. Our Waitress Melissa was rude and had a nasty attitude. We order the Enchiladas Karina’s “EXTREME” . When they brought our food out it only had shrimp, I nicely told her that we order the extreme and that the menu stated it came with shrimp, beef, chicken & avocado. She then begin to argue and began being rude saying that plate doesn’t come with avocado, that if we wanted the other meats we had to order the trio. After the conversation...
