They've got to step it up. Inventory is lacking many times, their wait times are horrendous even when they're not busy, and their processes/standards are far from the normal city Starbucks. Commerce has a beautiful location, but they need corporate to come in and run that place for awhile because it's lacking a lot.

I am so impressed with this Starbucks location! I haven't tried the food here yet, but I have tried their iced Caramel Macchiato, Chocolate Almondmilk Shaken Espresso, and my daughter has tried the Chocolatey Chip Frap - and everything has been perfectly made every time! The service is top of the line - the staff are extremely friendly, efficient, and they genuinely care. I have been here multiple times since they've opened, and I have had all incredible experiences!This location is beautiful and brand new - I definitely recommend visiting when you're in the area!
