I don’t normally bother with leaving reviews, but the food was so bad tonight that I just had to. The burgers and fries were cold. The cheese on the burgers was completely unmelted. I am posting this in hopes that they will do better in the future.

Very clean, and up to date restaurant. Better than that though, is the service, and food. A lot of times, I can forgive bad food, if the service is great! Here though, guest service is definitely a priority and it’s very noticeable. I was only the second person in line and had no problem waiting the extra minute to order, but the assistant manager went out of his way to get my order taken even faster. The other cashier was very polite and professional with her guest as well. It just seems that this location is run well, and it’s very much appreciated. Keep up the great work, and I’ll see y’all again soon.

At 10:48 pm, I stop in to get my regular chocolate milkshake and the young lady took my order promptly. But she wasn't the problem. It was the tall blonde headed lady next to her that stayed on her phone "THE ENTIRE TIME" I was there. Not good at all.
I went here at around 0100 Sunday morning, because the sign said 24 hours. I walked inside to order and was told the lobby was closed, and I'd have to use the drive through. I declined. This is the first whataburger I've seen that wasn't open 24 hours. Lost a customer.

I’ve been to this location two different times. The first time I ordered three different meals and all three were not correct. The second time it took over 45 minutes for my order and I ended up canceling it because my lunch is only an hour long. I never ended up receiving the food And asked for my money back. I understand that Whataburger takes a little bit to Cook but 45 Is ridiculous.
