What a cute little spot to enjoy something sweet after a long day on the Frio! We got ice cream and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The store is very clean and well organized.
Frio Float must of been originally located in some far away fairyland once upon a time. The atmosphere/location is wonderfully surprising. The hill country is primitive in nature which is why people enjoy visiting…then you walk into Frio Float (which by the way is a great play on words). One feels you’ve walked into someone’s private dream. Menu selection was vast. Hub and I visited during off-season and service was a bit slow. Hub ordered one scoop sundae which was delish...
Its a cute little spot to enjoy some cream. my preference ice cream in a waffle cone. Every time I go everyone in my family gets ice cream or other cool snacks they have to offer. The price for the ice cream is very reasonable! It can get packed during the summer months so Be ready to be in a line but it'll be all your worthwhile!
