I've been to a lot of Arby's but this is by far the worst. Got a beef and cheddar sandwich and the roast beef had the same texture as beef jerky. I've eaten hundreds of these and have never experienced this before.

If you like pulled beef or pork, Arby's is the place for you. The service was good. Unfortunately the dining area wasn't as clean as I would have liked.

Ordered a chicken wrap. Tortillas was so tough you had to take it off, and the amount of food inside was 2 nuggets cut in half, one piece of lettuce, one ring of onion and one very small slice of tomato and lots of sauce.
The hype about the Good Burger was all so bad. This burger had no taste and was very bland. I had to ask for extra sauce. This wasn't 100% Waygu beef. The service was slow but good. The workers were doing the best they could. They were all over the place. They needed help to assist them with the drive-thru and the dine-ins. The female was taking orders then running into the kitchen to pull fries, make sandwiches, then run back to the counter to take orders. The male was cleaning bathrooms, then taking bags outside to the drive-thru.
