My friend, a 78-year-old Marine veteran, was in the hospital for open-heart surgery and his one request was a strawberry milkshake. The strawberry machine was down, but when the manager heard the story, he didn't hesitate. He had his team flush an entire working machine—wasting product in the process—just to make that one special shake. This incredible act of kindness and respect for a veteran was one of the most decent things I've seen in a while. Thank you for going so far above and beyond.

I had put an order in online. When I went to the store my order was not ready. I waited in line to see why my order was not ready. Both of the workers was busy with customers, Once one freed up he passed me and help the customer behind me. He finished with that customer and finally asked if I had been helped, I said no. I told him I had an online order. He asked for my name, I answered. He repeated a name that was not me. I answered again. He looked into the computer and did not see a order for a different version. I spelled my name, he again got it wrong, I showed him my driver's license. He said there was not an order for me. I showed the mobile order receipt. He check the other printer and found the order. He informed me that he did not have the flavors on the order. He showed me the printer receipt, I took it from him and went to the ice cream and choose the very berry strawberry for the 3 scoop Sunday. I gave the receipt back to him. He did not make the order as asked, missing the hot fudge topping. This is the 3rd time out of 4 that this location has been out of basic flavors. This location is out of flavors often and cannot make orders as directed.

On of the night shift employees keeps blasting his bass so loud that it shakes the apartments half a block away from the establishment. He drives a dark blue, beat-the-hell-up pick-up truck, and management seems to let him do that.
Kid-friendliness: None at night, since the blue pick-up truck guy who works there keeps blasting the bass on some rap music he keeps playing.

They suck. Every time I order butter pecan ice cream, they always give me EVERYTHING else but that. Ordered today, and got delivered some type of berry ice cream. I’m allergic to berries

Employee came from duster and stopped to talk to her boyfriend for about ten minutes then came back in touch the headset and started to take order in the drive thru without washing hands and it smell like drugs was being smoked outside in front of it and I m a Tdcj officer and boyfriend took to parking spots when you no you have limited parking

It's great, provided you physically go to this location. However NO ONE seems to Ever answer the phone! Not even the Dunkin' people and that's just not acceptable at all. Been trying to call for 2 days just to get a simply question answered, "if they have the Daiquiri Ice in stock at the moment." Simply easy, quick question/answer. I tried again and after like the 20th ring someone actually did a quick answer/hang up on me. ??♀️ I grew up on Baskin-Robbins ice cream and always thought it was better than our Texas Bluebell ice cream. Mainly because B&R has Daiquiri Ice lol.
If I had a running vehicle I'd totally drive over to the store but, no working vehicle at the moment. Plus, does anyone ever honestly want to drive somewhere only to learn the item you wanted was unavailable?
This place is a scam. They charge me $.89 for whip creams and $.89 for a chery that comes with the Milk Shake on top of that the shakes were very watery they tasted like pure milk no ice cream, the place was hot with no AC for an ice cream place. Second time here, same iqual back experience. I will not try them a third time.

Baskin Robbins on 336 and Frazier. That company should be ASHAMED of themselves. They have their employees working in there with no A/C! They said it's been broken for the last month! They said they kept telling them they were coming to fix it. But no repairs yet. Baskin Robbins is a multi-million dollar operation. They should be able to take care of an A/C repair. I was only in there for a bit and felt nauseous from the heat. I think it's unacceptable for those poor employees to work in those conditions for so long. They can't open the doors because it's equally as hot outside, and they are doing their best. Obviously, they don't care about their customers either. And they're in the business of selling Ice cream to boot!!! Do better, Corporate! Take care of your employees, like they take care of you working in all that heat!!
