Had the Boiler Rooms crawfish special yesterday, did not disappoint!! They were ALL very nice sized and had a great flavor. For a food truck, they were spot on in cooking them.

The quality of the crawfish was superb!! They were full of flavor and decent size! The service was definitely a plus. They were super friendly. Would definitely recommend to family/friends…and will definitely be stopping by again! Best all season!

Friendly service, place was easy to find and the crawfish were the biggest I’ve seen this season, that being said it was good but not for me. I personally like more of a traditional crawfish boil taste and the flavor I was getting was more of a vinegary tangy taste. The crawfish also needed to be purged more as most of them still were full of poop and made it have that gritty feeling after eating. If you like a more hot sauce based crawfish this is definitely for you. Also can’t beat the price at $7.99 a lb

I stopped by Boiler Room today with some starving Rugby players after their game and they ate till they were in food comas. The food was so good they couldn't stop themselves! They offered lots of additional spices and condiments and the portion size was perfect. Everyone was incredibly nice and tables were clean and ready for families to sit together and enjoy a meal together. The owner even came over and told us all about the food and where it came from and how they make it fresh. We will be going here anytime we are in the area!

Fantastic customer service, very patient & helpful! We ordered the special with shrimp and mushrooms. The shrimp were huge and the crawfish were the largest I’ve seen this season. We could have used more spice but overall the flavor was delicious, everything was fresh. We were both stuffed and happy with the prices for the amount of food we had! Will be back for sure :) also they had great music playing!

I want to start out by saying the service & people were incredibly friendly, and everything was a decent price. However, this was the blandest crawfish I've had in recent memory. They were not juicy at all, thank goodness they provided butter and spice. Perhaps this was a fluke and it was an issue with the batch, but not only was flavor lacking, the size of the crawfish were consistently tiny, being at peak season; I got a medium size one every 20 or so. I know they are moving locations soon, so maybe that had something to do with it. I hope to try them again in the future to redeem this visit.
