Always a pleasure having ice cream at Brewster . Perfect way to make my day extra special. Ice cream is always fantastic. Staff are pleasant and seem to like their job . Order is always correct and served in a timely manner. Never a bad experience

Arrived about 15 minutes before closing ordered for 4 of us. They were out of most flavors. It was hard to tell between the one scoop and 2 scoop. Ordered a shake that was made wrong and after an attempt to correct not replace it tasted awful. Every one agreed the quality and service was way below normal standards for this location.

My brother brought me here for the first time and omg what a cute spot! Very delicious ice cream with plenty of options! Love the seating outside and it's just such a lovely place. Totally recommend if u want to come with family, a date, or just urself to come and enjoy urself and relax! Will definitely be back! My new favorite spot! P.s they also do veterans discount for all my military people! Godbless!🤗❤️🙏🏻🫶🏻💛✨️🍦🍨🩷💫

Our visit was completely ruined by Brittany’s rude and unprofessional attitude. She was incredibly disrespectful to my boyfriend for no reason, even though my little sister was the one responding to her. Instead of listening, she snapped at him with “SIR, I NEED A NAME” in a very condescending tone. Absolutely unnecessary and unpleasant. To make matters worse, we still left a tip, and she acted as if we were an inconvenience. No customer should be treated this way. Bruster’s needs to seriously address this kind of behavior if they care about customer service. We will not be coming back. 😣

Great icecream but they don’t rotate flavors as much as other Bruster’s. Turtle and peanut butter puddles haven’t been on the menu in such a long time and are some of the best flavors! More variety would be great
