My brother brought me here for the first time and omg what a cute spot! Very delicious ice cream with plenty of options! Love the seating outside and it's just such a lovely place. Totally recommend if u want to come with family, a date, or just urself to come and enjoy urself and relax! Will definitely be back! My new favorite spot! Our visit was completely ruined by Brittany’s rude and unprofessional attitude. She was incredibly disrespectful to my boyfriend for no reason, even though my little sister was the one responding to her. Instead of listening, she snapped at him with “SIR, I NEED A NAME” in a very condescending tone. Absolutely unnecessary and unpleasant. To make matters worse, we still left a tip, and she acted as if we were an inconvenience. No customer should be treated this way. Bruster’s needs to seriously address this kind of behavior if they care about customer service. We will not be coming back. 😣

Great icecream but they don’t rotate flavors as much as other Bruster’s. Turtle and peanut butter puddles haven’t been on the menu in such a long time and are some of the best flavors! More variety would be great

Bruster’s on 1488 is my go-to icecream spot! I come here bi-weekly with my friends, we love them! They have the largest variety of homemade flavors and are always adding seasonal flavors! They gave me and my friends free complimentary waters. We’ll be back again and again :)
