Updated 9/24/23 Don't come on a Sunday night. It is packed with customers, and the amount of ice cream given is seriously lacking. The ladies working were rushing, but it still took over 10 minutes for the truck in front of us to receive their shakes. I think they should have been asked to pull around and park. Because they were still making the orders for everyone behind them, and they sat there on the counter, melting. Our ice cream was supposed to be two scoops in a cup with M&Ms, and we were thrilled with the amount when we came previously. But tonight, it was BARELY one scoop even though we were charged for two.Friendly employees, delicious ice cream and the flavors are rotated.

Took my children tonight to get milkshakes. Waiting in the drive thru for 25min. When we finally got to the window a young girl told me “I’ll be honest, we forgot to make your order. Can you park over there and we will get it to you”. Unbelievable. No sorry. I parked and watched the two cars behind me get their orders. I got out of the car and knocked on the door. No one answered. They just stared at me. Finally opening and handing it to me. Again no apology. But they did manage to prop their cell phone and record themselves working. I can only imagine it would be post on social media. Obviously more important than helping customers. Very poorly run. Very unprofessional. I won’t be back.

It's hard to hate on Brusters! While it's not your gourmet frozen dessert fix, it's certainly tasty, buttery, nostalgic ice cream and desserts, always evolving, offered in a convenience format. Formerly punch cards, they now offer a separate method to enjoy their rewards program. Want a nondairy treat, they now offer oatmilk ice cream. Love those Ben & Jerry's like chunks and mix ins, they have tons of textural flavors. Craving variety, check out their rotating flavors. Near freak? They offer cone guards. In a hurry, try the drive-thru. And if that wasn't enough, the service matches the product! They're certainly worth a try! Want simple vanilla- they got you.

This self proclaimed ice cream connoisseur has NOTHING but good to say about this place. First time here, & was greeted by Caitlyn's friendly smile & obvious good taste in ice cream. I asked for two of her favorites, and wasn't made to regret it one bit. Both flavors that she suggested were very very good. Honestly, some of the best tasting ice cream that I've ever had. If you're ever nearby this place, do yourself a favor and pull in. You won't regret it.

Had to run a DoorDash for them. Order was ready for pickup when I arrived. Decided to try them myself tonight and service was great both times I went, the sundae I got was delicious too. Piping hot brownie underneath and creamy ice cream on top. There was no room for improvement, everything was peak perfect.

Wow! I'm visiting my sister and we wanted ice cream. There is a walk up window as well as a drive thru. We decided to order at the window. There were quite a few people getting ice cream and the drive thru was also full. They were very quick and kept everything moving. It did not take long to get our order and we were able to sit at one of their tables outside. They make their own ice cream and you can definitely tell. I got mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone and my daughter who is lactose intolerant was able to get nondairy ice cream. They had lots of options. She got a scoop of nondairy mint chocolate chip and a scoop of nondairy banana peanut butter. Needless to say, her nondairy ice cream was amazing and I couldn't tell the difference. I will absolutely be back the next time I'm in town.
