Our service was not great the guy was friendly and all but our order got messed up twice first they made it spicy and didn’t coat them either and when they brought it back out they still weren’t coated and they forgot my wife’s fries it didn’t ruin our night we get it things happen but it still didn’t hit the same🥲

if i could write below a 1 star i would. ive ordered from here a few times. online. dont bother. the nightshift doesnt care what you request on the app, theyll make the burger how they want reguardless, and for some insane reason they think cooking burger patties means scorching it until its so well done im pretty sure cremating the cow wouldve achieved the same result. this place is a joke. best i can say so this isnt just a horrid review, is at least the staff are nice and the ppace looks clean. wish theyd put that same effort in in the kitchen.

I had 2 orders of 15 wings, both hot buffalo. The wings were definitely old and had been under a heat lamp all day. One had the wrong sauce, they gave us 1 dipping sauce for 30 wings and no napkins. The worst part is my coworker and I both got immediately sick after eating. This was a Togo order I had someone pick up for us. Won't be going back to this location again.

One of the better BWW I've been to in a long time. Its clean and service is great.
Gracie is always kind, checks in when needed, and offers refills at the perfect time. The food is good and with the deals on Tuesdays and Thursdays its a great value.

Employees attitudes are terrible and the food is disgusting. NEVER FRESH and WHOEVER IS TOSSING the wings need to learn how to toss wings. ALWAYS DRY

Nice place to hangout with friends

I stopped in to have lunch the overall establishment was nice and like all other BWW - I was in utter shock when we were going to be seated to see we were going to be sat in a booth that both sides the cushion was cracked and peeling not just small spots either the majority of both booths were peeling and need replaced. If having one wasn't bad enough more than 3 tables had booths like this. The GM and/or manager should have more pride in the restaurant to have these replaced and not seat customers on torn up booths. This is Texas it's hot people are going to wear shorts and it's extremely uncomfortable and unfair to make us sit in those conditions.

What a joke. The app keeps timing out so it tells me to call and place my order. So when trying to do so they rudely tell me they can't place my order because what I want is only available thru the app. They said there's nothing they can do for me if I can't get the app to work I'm out of luck. I honestly don't think I will ever eat here again. At least at McDonald's they will make it right. I drove all the way up here to leave empty handed and pissed off. Crazy customer service.

It's only really worth it if there is a wing special, otherwise I feel their wings are too expensive. We often avoid going because service is usually pretty slow. This last visit it just seemed like all the employees were miserable which makes for a depressing meal. Wish there were more wing options around.
