Buffalo Wild Wings

Despite a nearly empty dining room, the service was nearly non-existent. The appetizer came out room temp, and drinks (two unsweetened teas and an ice water) took nearly 10 minutes to get to the table. When they finally did, only one drink (the water) out of three was correct.

Nobody paying attention to the door. Not a welcoming environment, staff lacked passion and seemed like they were ready to go home. Food came out wrong, they did correct it but was overcooked and dried out.

Server was very good. Food was ok. Wings were over cooked. Had to wait for 5 minutes for them to get a booth clean. Very few staff for a Friday night at 6.

The boneless wings were not as good as I have previously had in lake Jackson. They were fried a bit to long and very crispy. I have tried again today, and they still overcook their boneless wings to much on Feb 16, 2025...

if i wanted dry ass flavorless wings i would've made them at home with no seasoning. ridiculous, charging me almost 20 dollars for a shitty meal

Third and last time we came here. Last time was horrible, (picture to prove it) not only did the iced tea come many minutes after we ordered it, my husband's food came 40 minutes after we ordered mine came 25 minutes after his. The second time here, almost the same thing happened except it was 1 hour wait for my husband and 1 hour and 15 minutes for me. The food was also dry. Last time, he only went twice, and he had a bad attitude. The first time was ok. But not anymore. I don't know what's worse, the food or the service. Oh, and dirty restroom and the smell of the place, it's like a wet old dirty rag.

So many feathers you could braid it! AND the regular size fry was half full. Not even the full serving. When I called to ask about this I was told word for word “that’s just how we do it now.” We love BWW so this was hugely disappointing. Will NOT order or go to this location again.

Service takes long and food is generally not as hot as it could be. Wings could be cooked longer. The place generally feels not as clean as other locations. Huntsville location is a positively different experience. How can the two have different experiences only 25 miles apart?

Im sick. Husbands picked up order made on app. $15 for a “hatch chile” burger that has one TINY speck of hatch chile. No sautéed onions.

WORST… paid $39 for 30 wings they gave us 15!

My husband went in to place our wing order. Got all the way home & mine was wrong. I drove to the location again to get it fixed. Was given major attitude by the cashier lady at take out & was told “this is the 2nd order tonight like this. Is it my issue or yours?” Then I was basically thrown my new wings at me & never once said anything. I’d give a 0 out of 5 if I could. I will never return to this location. It’s disgusting.
I then get home to COLD wings. & with the wrong sauce I asked for. I was given spicy rather than normal.
Manager was contacted & he said sorry so many times. Probably won’t change.

Sat and waited for 15 mins got ignored then. Other server told us our waitress will be with us soon, 12mins later she came took our drink orders half an hour later came back to the table told us our drinks are not ready and asked if we wanted to order food. The worst experience I’ve ever had at an restaurant. Waitress really didn’t seem like she wanted to be there.

There doesn't seem to be much oversight (inconsistent good, service, and cleanliness). It's alright for what it is if you know.
