Went in-store for dine in, waitress asked our drink order as we were looking at the menu, we politely got up and left because you got me fxxked up if you think I'm gonna pay 10 dollars for 6 measly a$$ wings, my wife and I had planned on getting 2 orders a piece plus fries and a drink not to mention the tip brings my total to around 70 dollars. Lifetime lost customer here, we won't go back, try and rob someone else

Update: I did what was asked of me that same day. I went to the link and put in the request. It's been just over a week with no reply. I would have figured I would have received an automated response that day telling me they received my request. However, I have received nothing. That said I am sure the manager of the location is a nice person and I know they likely have no control over the feedback. That doesn't change our experiences from our multiple visits to that location.I wish I could say something nice. To start no matter what you see or hear on Wednesday kids do not eat half price. No matter what you hear. They do not honor that. Second you will be seated and then wait for far longer than you should before your server comes to your table. The wait will be long enough for everyone to know what they want order. You will not want to order any appetizer for fear they will show up with your entree. Your food will not come out at one time. But rather in waves. It is very possible for someone to be finished eating before someone gets their food. You will be lucky to get your drinks before your food arrives. You will be lucky to get a refill. However, you will not have to wait for the list of excuses as to why. You will not see any management. They tend to hide. The only good thing is when you get the bill they tend to process it quickly.I will add this is not our first visit to this location. We have been three times, and each time has been the same. Each visit has been far apart. So, the staff has not been the same and the time of day has been different. It doesn't seem to matter. In fact, on the way there the kids were asking why we were going there because of how bad it was last time. I told them if it's the same this time we will never go again. It was...Side note: If you are still going to go. If you want to order a cheeseburger. Just order a kids meal cheeseburger. They are the same size patty. So, you could order 2 and pay less and get more. Because they give you the same amount of fries as the kid's meal. Honestly the only difference was the adult cheeseburger has 2 patties with Lettece and tomato. Other than that, it's the same.

I come here a lot. I usually dine in and the food is always good, hot and fresh. Today I decided to order out and why did I do that. Brisket tots were old look like it's been sitting. Chunk of Brisket fat just thrown on the tots. Boneless wings were old, hardly any sauce on them. Real hard to chew. Very chewing that's how I knew they been sitting for awhile. I spent $30 and got food that's been sitting in the back thrown together. You telling me they looked at that and was like we gone serve this to a customer, wow.

It had been awhile since I visited this location, and not only was the food piping hot and delicious, but the service was outstanding! Alexys at the bar was knowledgeable about the sauces and on point with the cocktails. She was attentive and kind, getting to my requests for extra sauce and additional veggies quickly and with a smile. Thanks Alexys for making my first time back a great one!

Buffalo Wild Wings has always been a favorite of mine but after today I won’t be back. Stopped in the Conroe, TX location to pick up lunch and my wings were so dry I couldn’t even tell what flavor was what because they hardly put any sauce on them. It’s said people just don’t care how they prepare your food anymore.

I experienced the worst interaction ever today when contacting this location. There was a male that answered the phone I was asking about my order to see if they could make the wings extra crispy as we normally would get them since online did not give the option. The male said oh no we aren’t going to do that tonight there’s too much going on and it’s not possible. Proceeded to inform me that they will not stop everything for my particular order. Confused I mentioned we regularly get them this way with no issues. Requested to speak to the manager the male said no you cannot speak to a manager. Then I asked for the males name he said nope I don’t have to give that to you either. Then proceeded to tell me I don’t have to deal with this I don’t get paid enough. I requested to cancel my order due to the horrible experience. Just absolutely so disappointing. I regularly visit this location and never had an issue until today.
