The food is great. I suggest the award monthly burger and the fried zucchini. The ranch taste watered down. Still all in all, delicious food

My order was was left on my porch without any notification and it was delivered without my drink. I called Burger Fresh and was told that it was Door Dash's responsibility. All they would do is credit my credit card for the cost of a drink. The delivery person should have been sent back with my drink. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Giving this place 5 stars across the board. My eldest son and I were recently in Conroe and found ourselves in need of sustenance, so we decided to try Burger Fresh. I'd heard good things from several acquaintances and I'm glad we went. It's a quaint and quirky little burger joint located at the edge of a small shopping strip, reminiscent of eras ranging from the 1950's to the 1990's, serving up tasty burgers and sides. The tables and chairs are old diner style and there are signs covering every wall. They even had a couple of arcade video games placed around the space, which hit me right square in my Gen X feels. The service was friendly, informative and patient (I had a hard time deciding what to try...). Our burgers were indeed fresh and the fries and fried okra were cooked perfectly, nice and crispy on the outside and hot in the middle. The food here gave me the old school Texas Burger vibes... IYKYK. I enjoyed it and will be back again, even though it's located in another town from mine.

My first time ever eating here. Staff were very friendly, great atmosphere! The American classic and the huge onion rings were amazing. Fast service and Phyllis is awesome. She brought our food out and even checked on us to make sure we were satisfied. I definitely will be back to eat here again.

I want to express a horrible experience we had at Burger Fresh & More. My wife and I came in for dinner along with three others. At one point during dinner, the cashier was cleaning under the tables and tried to move a chair under my wife’s chair, but the legs got tangled. After finally untangling the chairs, she then proceeded to ram the chair five times into my wife’s chair on purpose and never once saying excuse me, but saying something to the effect of the first two times were accidental, but the next five on purpose. At no time were words exchanged, before or after. We were all just stunned at the unprovoked incident. There is no excuse for this and we won’t be coming back.
In response to the manager's comment: Hi Karen, thank you for your prompt response and attention to this matter. In these times an apology can go a long way, and we appreciate it. We have been coming to Burger Fresh & More over several years and have enjoyed the food and ambiance. We accept your apology and appreciate your offer.
