I just had the worst experience at a BK, period. I came in through the drive thru, yesterday, to find out what the whole 1 cent whopper was about. The manager seemed very unknowledgeable about the whole app and refused to look at it to help me out. Then when I pulled up, she just told me to come back another time, to which I explained to her that the deal was only unlocked for an hour and would be expired by then.
