The food is average, Elena's attention is very poor. Even though we explained that we did not know how to use the application, he was not able to assist us in a cordial manner. We felt discriminated against because of the language and in the end we understood why we were the only customers in the place on a Saturday at 5 pm. Sad to find such rude and unfriendly service from apparently the manager of the place.

I asked for no pickle ,only condiment mayo. They didn’t understand that at first the food was cold. The every burger was plain (except 1) , and then the shit wasn’t even hot. The fries no salt they were. They were warm. The manager did not want his name and the lady who took my order did not want their name. ……. made me refund my order due to them, not wanting to fix it yelling and screaming, saying that they took the order correctly. I stated it incorrectly, which she didn’t correct my order until at the window. This place has no good management ….. all the food was pre cooked nothing was fresh and hot

On Friday October 19th I was at the hospital when a transaction was charged to me. I tried calling the managers and they told me to dispute it with the bank, also, I needed to show proof of receipt The bank says they have nothing to do with cash app so how is it then I can claim something that I have no receipt for.. i’ll check at the company is trying to keep my money since I can’t get it back they’re thieves!’

Just ordered a small 5$ meal and waiting 13 minutes for food while only 1 person seems to be doing something the others just chatting while we were waiting people behind us in the drive through were getting impatient yelling at us demanding us to move up past the window when we were just waiting on food or any word on the order when we still haven't heard anything when we finally got the food some of it was cold how did you take so long that the food got cold on top of everything there was a horrible smell in the air around the place

Grease was literally pouring out of the nuggets bag. It went all over the rest of the food. This has to be the worst meal I have ever bought. I will not being back to burger king anytime soon. The nuggets were unbeatable. The seasoning they used was awful ?
