Fries were barely cooked. White, limp. They definitely do not like people dining in. They acted as if we were putting them out some how. Even when we all smiled and tried to be extra polite, we were met with deadpan expressions. When we went back up to order desert for the kids we had to stand there with no acknowledgement that we wanted to place another order. Finally someone from kitchen area told the cashier to help us. We won't be returning.

Ordered 2 whoppers. 1 with mustard and cheese (no pikles or onions) and 1 with ketchup only NO cheese. The entire time the screen kept changing to the opposite of what I asked for no matter how many times I corrected them. When I would try to correct them the man taking my order seemed aggravated so I gave up and hoped for the best. The best was exactly as expected and I received the opposite of what I asked for. I even asked for a large fry and recieved a small. The funniest part of all, this was my first ever time trying Burger King.

Service was slow and the employees didn't seem concerned with getting food out in a timely manner. Food was lukewarm, unsalted, and the ingredients for my whopper tasted old. Ketchup packets I received were stuck together with a strange sticky substance. Anyone off the street could prepare a better meal
We placed an order through the drive thru and received lukewarm food, unsalted fries, a less than fresh whopper, and an original chicken sandwich with only bread and the patty when that was never specified, all after a long wait.

Girl up front isn’t the most pleasant to be speaking with. Asked about if they have any regular burgers in the morning and she says they only have burgers after 10:30. Screen literally says all day.
