Waited about 45 minutes for our food, which between all of us was 5lbs and it was not busy at all. The seasoning was good but half of my shrimp which was all i ordered were mushy and way overcooked and the other half were hard and small like if they had reheated left overs. I tried to eat them but they were just not good so i sent my food back with one of the servers that brought us cups and told her they were not good but she kind of just ignored me and then i watched her throw them in the trash without telling anyone. When management came out they just dismissed it and tried telling me there was nothing they could do be cause i “finished my food” so i told them what happened and they ended up taking like 5% off my check. Our server was nice but once she brought out the food she disappeared and never came to check on us, if she had i would’ve told her about the shrimp from the beginning. My friends got crawfish and those were well cooked and seasoned. I’m not the type of person to send back food because i don’t like confrontation but the way it was handled by the staff made the situation worse.

I was really looking forward to this place and the crawfish. The crawfish had good flavor and some were really big. The rest of the crawfish were small and a few tails that practically disintegrated between my fingers when I pulled them off. Very spicy so ask for mild if you don't want your lips to burn lol. The service was terrible though. We ordered the 5 lbs crawfish, 1 lb shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage, side of fries and a kid's meal. It took too long and we never got the kids meal. We had to remind her about the fries and even then, it took a while. We had to ask for the kids meal to be removed since we never got it. I was disappointed with the service but the crawfish was good. I'll be back but only ordering to go.

Food was incredibly spicy which was not how we ordered it, and it was very slow to come out. The waitress wanted to hang out at our table like she was invited yet we still got terrible service. She was very interested in my husband so maybe I should have went to work in the kitchen and we could have been on our way faster. She got the poor tip she deserved for her bizarre behavior. Seriously in need of management.

Waited here for 10mins before I was helped and over hour longer for 2 lbs of Crawfish with no communication from staff on why it was taking so long despite other customers being served crawfish all around me.
These serves charged us for the food of people next to us, and then tried to get other clients to venmo us the difference. They asked me back to the server station in the actual kitchen to figure out their POS, and they had me figure out the math to split a check rather than figuring it out for themselves. Idiots. The servers didn't get a single order of ours right, and when we asked to speak to a manager, 7 minutes later a server pointed him out driving away. They gave us garlic crawfish when we asked for regular, and then charged us for the upsell we didn't want. We've been coming here for years, but the new management is terrible. And no, the didn't comp anything and we had to call the cc company to fix it.

We have never been here but our sister told us great things. We showed up for a nieces birthday and waited about 20 minutes before service. Ordered drinks and crawfish. Crawfish never came after 2 hours of waiting. We asked several different waitress what the hold up was and they told us it was very unorganized in the back and even suggested other places to go. Both my nephews ordered food and 1 got his and the other never did. There was 12 of us and we ended up getting up and walking out from the wait and lack of communication. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I’m very disappointed. I waited for over an hour, and as I saw my waiter, Emma, leaving, I noticed other customers receiving their food before us. Concerned, I asked another waiter about the status of my order, only to be told that no order had been placed—likely due to a lost ticket.
I requested to speak with a manager, but none were available, so I spoke with Cammy instead. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved.
If you decide to visit, I strongly recommend checking on your order frequently to avoid a similar experience. I truly love their crawfish, but their customer service needs improvement.

This was their last opportunity from us. We've been coming here for years and it unfortunately has steadily gone down hill. Seems the place changes ownership more than some people change clothes.. tonight we came and got here at 7 and after being ignored for 10-15 minutes we asked several waitresses to take our order and still waited another 20 minutes for someone to come back and actually take our order. It took 30 minutes to get what I wouldn't even call a side of fries for the baby and another 30 to actually get our crawfish. Flavor and size were disappointing to say the least. Definitely won't be back.

My group drove an hour to eat here because it was supposed to be great, it wasn't! The service was horrible at best. It took over 30 minutes to get the drinks and 2 hours for the food after having to go up to the kitchen and ask about it. We watched 10 groups of people walk out for not being served and a few others walked out after eating because they were waiting so long to even pay their bill. Never going back!
