Decent place food is pretty good but the prices are a little high. I mean, it's mostly sandwiches, bread, and meat. Not steak and caviar.

Forget ordering online. The order won't be ready until at least 20-30 minutes after the time it says it will be ready. 3rd time in a row no matter how busy. Need more food options around here because this place isn't good at all.

If I could give zero stars that is what I would give. I placed my order through the drive thru. I wanted a shake only to be told no shakes because they have no ice cream. I asked for gourmet fries and an order of cheese stick and large strawberry lemonade . I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 1 car in front of me and none behind me. I got my order and went back to work to find cheese sticks and six chicken pieces with a sauce that was so spicy I couldn't eat them. I tried calling them to complain but the phone rings with no answer. I definitely will not be going back. The cost and the time it took was not worth it.

Food was delicious, I wish I lived closer. It's attatched to the gas station so if you need extra drinks or whatnot it's convenient.

Now let me tell you good folks of the world something! I ate hear for the first time in my life the food was so good I came back the next day and bought my aunt and uncle a Philly cheese steak sandwich.

Amazing! Super clean and staff is nice. May be a few monute wait as sometimes they get unexpectedly busy, but otherwise as soon as they aren't busy they are quick to get with you and are super friendly!

Walked in a places my order and realized there is one person working the register and cooking. The food was great and customer service was awesome! She took care of everyone quickly and acknowledged everyone that came in. I love Charley's!

This is a heads up to the owner just to verify all is good. I was at the 1314 location on Monday 12/19 @ 4:15.. my order total was 33.49 and I paid with cash . The guy told me he couldn't give me a receipt.. I asked why he said no ink. he wasn't rude at all, very polite.. it just sounded fishy and I know cash is easy to pocket. Food was hot and fresh

I like the original Philly cheesesteak. The meat was tender. Will try a different one next time. Service was good, staff very friendly.

Food was good didn't really have a issue there but when I walked up to the counter two women were in the back I could see them from the counter and a woman that goes by ghost looks up at me at the counter and rolls her eyes that she had to come serve a customer then all through the order process u could tell she was snippy and had a bad attitude about having to work I guess idk but when my food was ready she was all smiles and here you go sir I guess it's because I was leaving because my food was a to go order I mean I said yes mam no mam wasn't rude in anyway I thought I never even waved her over to the counter I was just taking my time looking at the menu before she slowly come over . But that's my review hope it helps yall out on some customer service pointers
